Wow! What remarkably poor service for a Starbucks! I spend $8.19 after tax twice a day 5 days a week. I'm not even concerned about the cost, I enjoy my coffee during the day and one on my way home from work. Let's be real though, we all know there's some serious mark up in this. You would think a regular customer buying 2 premium drinks a day would get treated at least "ok" ... right!? But no. I have never experienced the rudeness that some of the staff here treat people with at any other location, ever, and I'm ashamed to say I've been to many...There's other options that I can and will use going forward. To think that Starbucks has such high standards that other companies literally use them as an example in customer service training .. the employees here clearly skipped training day!

Love all the staff here, they are so friendly to all their customers. I've watched countless times and they always ensure customers if there is an issue with their order that it will be resolved. If the drive-thru is backed up they apologize and affirm you that their priority is to ensure you have a good experience. All the managers, bar staff, and front counter work extremely well and professionally together.

Ordered milk for kids and was burning hot. It’s a joke. Luckily i checked the temperature on my hand before serving. Please chat later or chat freely but work properly. It is very difficult to find not-nice employee in Starbuck but here she is.

Parking: This location is just a little tight going in, there's lots of parking in the back. It's just a matter of getting in and out. That's a little complicated just due to the areaAlways great service

Ordered a honeycitrus mint at 11:30AM with Mint instead of Jade as I am caffeine intolerant. The barista refused to switch when she was instructed by the billing guy to put mint. I overheard but didn’t pay attention and ended up drinking caffeine from the jade and had stomach issues. I went back to raise the issue but the billing guy used the excuse that he misheard. Believing as if I didn’t overhear him arguing with the barista over the switch before.

This is my favourite Starbucks. I frequent this location's drivethru several times a week with my dog, Maverick. I always feel better when I leave than when I've arrived because the staff are unbelievably pleasant and efficient. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Keep doing what you do best!

This is the worst Starbucks in Barrie, unfriendly staff, they go above and beyond at making sure they don’t do anything for you…very condescending nature from staff, don’t go to this location, you’ll waste your money and time…a few minutes down the street at Park place you’ll find friendly staff and much better service. Very disappointing to say the least.

First time at a Starbucks. When I went in the display was full of little flying bugs. When I mentioned it she shrugged and said they were only in there. Then while having my drink with my friend the bugs were flying around us and going for our drinks. I told the girl and she passed it off. So I called head office and got someone in the states who may or may not report the issue. The place needs to be fumigated.

$5.00 + for what felt and looked like a half filled Tall Cappuccino? That is simply Not value for money these days .SorryMade them fix it but why should I have too ?Service at the drive through is polite .

December 6th 2023 at 4:29:47 p.m. store 50490 item one of two is what I am complaining about Trenta came Passion tea was very very Bitter Didn't taste sweet at all Had asked for less ice which was fulfilled.After returning through the drive-thru I had asked them to remake my drink which they kindly did mind you this drink they gave me came loaded with ice even though my initial drink I had asked for light ice Starbucks is very genius when it comes to filling their ice and maintaining the amount of quantity in terms of liquid going out as you can see all Starbucks cops have those lines with director employees on how much liquid to fill versus Ice unfortunately I'm not going to be over paying for ice.At this point she wanted the original drink back from me weird because at some Starbucks they mentioned for sanitary and hygienic reasons they won't take your other drink back she demanded that I give it to her which I kindly did but then I told her that the drink that she had remade had way too much ice she then kindly remade that drink unfortunately Starbucks all operate differently doesn't seem like they all align with the same policy and retention process when it comes to customer complaints, it really shocks me that the company is willing to dump products down the sink that somebody could just use later if they would have had just gotten the order right to begin with ending up in beverage cost going up..Mind you the company capitalizes on ice as it is their number one sellerb
