Came to this location maybe for the second time and Lucille took my order she was really nice and patient with my daughter while she took her order. Food was fresh as well.

I had a great experience here. The staff were very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the chicken was perfectly fried and delicious. There was music playing in the background. I think it was Indian music and it gave the place a nice, modern vibe.

After finding out that their chicken supplier allegedly improperly storing and packaging their chicken in unsafe/unregulated residential garages without proper refrigeration in Etobicoke, I will go to another fried chicken restaurant(s) until this is resolved.

This 5-star review is based on Popeyes compared to other fast food spots and Popeyes locations — not fine dining, of course. That said, this location delivers exactly what you'd want: crispy, well-seasoned chicken, hot fries, and those legendary biscuits. The service was fast and friendly, and everything tasted fresh. For a quick, satisfying meal with bold Louisiana flavour, Popeyes consistently comes through.
