Went there twice while in Sauble Beach, and both times we had great service, and the food was as expected!!

There was only 1 employee in the store at dinner hour 5 to 7 pm and at a big beach like Sauble it can be expected to be very busy quite possibly the whole day. I commented that they should have more staff the one especially at dinner hour. At 6pm they were completely out of BACON and quite a few subs have Bacon as one of the main meats. How can you sell BLT bacon lettuce tomato or Great Canadian Club Bacon ham cheese and there are several more . Then no black olives, no green olives, only 1 type of bread multi or tortilla wraps . The young guy was very polite,he didn't get nervous or upset with the constant line of ppl kept coming in he continued to work efficiently under control. He did a great job. BUT !!! SUBWAY SAUBLE BEACH PLEASE TRY TO HAVE MORE STAFF AND ENOUGH OF EACH TOPPING TO GET THROUGH A HEAVY DINNER HOUR 5 TO 7 !!! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.?

Did not have a pleasant experience this morning and felt like training needs to be reinforced on how to handle when a disabled person is present. We were ordering our food and our son(who’s special needs) had a medical emergency and was choking in which ended up with him vomiting. One of the workers there gave us some disgusting looks and comments and went to the back and did come back out. We were nice enough to ask for paper towel to clean the mess but then by another coworker were also given spray to sanitize the floor (this is not our job). I would have appreciated to be asked if he was ok and offered help. Our son may be nonverbal but he understands what’s going on and is quite upset about the situation.

I am a local so I hold the businesses here to a high standard as it represents our tourist town. The guy serving today at 4pm-ish was miserable and unfriendly. No smile, just grunts. My sub came with 4 pieces of bacon which he dumped into the middle of the sub! Couldn't be bothered to spread them out. Skimpy toppings, and the machine asks for a tip! NOPE! Just avoid the frustration. Terrible customer service!

The grumpy guy working there really skimps out on toppings. Had to keep asking for him to add more to fill up bowl and he would only add a sprinkle. Better service at other locations.
I am a local and only come here once or twice a month in the summer. Run by teenagers. No customer service skills. Dirty. Always garbage outside overflowing and on the ground. Flies everywhere. Employees don’t even wear uniforms. Employees don’t make subs properly. It’s always been bad but this year it’s extremely terrible. No sign of management ever. The no uniforms was my final straw, the kids were in short shorts and sunglasses on their head. I regret ordering a sub, I should have walked out. I’m never going back.

Worst experience. 3 kids running the place not one could even be bothered to come out the front and watch for customers. All 3 were in the back laughing talking. Didn't know how to make a sandwich the bread wasnt fully cooked the place was dirty garbages overflowing. Its not like they were busy. No other customer in the store. Hoenslty if you wanna sub go to wiarton. Cause the poor employee performance and training here is a joke.
