Customer service is lacking...i purchased a defective product by Routine. Anise would not deal with it. Upon calling Routine, I was informed that stores were told that there was a defective variant called Johnny's Cash that was to be pulled from shelf. Bingo! I'm receiving a replacement directly from the manufacturer. Thanks Routine! Sorry Anise, your customer service needs serious improvement.
