I went to first time. And I ordered "Ninja bomb bowl". It's salmon and shrimp tempura bowl. And you can choose sauces. They said usually people add few sauces. So, I pick Ninja sauce (creamy sesame) and Yuzu vinegar sauce. Yuzu is Asian citrus. Kind like lemon and orange mix together. But more close to lemon taste.And this sauces they mix together with rice. I never eat like this style. Because always sushi rice is using rice vinegar and some seasoning. Eat here all the time. Food is always good quality and exactly what I ask for.I love how customizable everything is and I have enjoyed everything I’ve tried so far.Sushi seems to always be something that’s not as easy to get Cambridge compared to other cities, so this is great for when you’re craving it and don’t want to break the bank.
