I picked up my food from this location, and it was really messy. The guy who gave me the food had a dirty uniform, and I didn’t feel safe eating it, so I threw it away. Very disappointing experience.

There's a guy name Parash, really good, very friendly. Makes awesome peri peri chicken and dum biriyani.

I would have given 0 stars if there was an option, I ordered veg kofta biryani from Uber eats and it was inedible. The kofta was uncooked and so dry that I couldn't even cut it in half with the spoon.

If you are in customer service, the bare minimum is knowing how to treat your customers with respect and apologize when you make a mistake. These people clearly don’t understand that at all. Even after confirming every single detail, they still messed up my order. And when I pointed out their mistake, instead of showing any professionalism or even a simple apology, they acted like nothing happened. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. On top of that, the biryani was terrible bland, low quality, and not worth the money. Honestly, this place doesn’t care about food quality, doesn’t care about service, and doesn’t care about customers. I regret wasting my time and money here. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others to stay away if you want good food and respectful service.

Wearing gloves and touching everything in the front of the house and then turn Around and make your food with the same gloves. I called and tried to talk to the manager, and he was very disrespectful and rude. I would never go to that restaurant and eat there even if if you paid me

I recently met Paras and he’s such a genuine and welcoming person. Every time I walk into Zabardast Hyderabadi Biryani, the aroma itself makes me feel happy. it’s so rich and inviting. The biryani here is truly delicious, perfectly spiced, and always satisfying. I actually come here every Sunday after work, and it has become my little weekend treat.

We ordered food for our son’s birthday for 60 people, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, of great quality, and there was plenty of it—all at a very affordable price. Everyone at the party was impressed with how tasty everything was. I worked with Gopi for the menu planning, and he was incredibly helpful, suggesting a variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The customer service and support were excellent throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
