When you are simply a little restaurant in a strip mall in Six Point Plaza, in Etobicoke, you may simply be passed by.. but... if you stop and enter the bar area.. on a Sunday... you realize that this is a place you want to be every Sunday! Michael Theodore and Matt Horner are two of the best musicians/entertainers/artists, that have ever graced Toronto! To experience an afternoon at Canadiana, pure joy is truly the gift! Coupled with the exceptional service of Jackie, who, with her personality and her expertise, not only keeps the flow going but, has become a valued friend to all of the regulars, I truly believe that regardless of your age or musical preferences, you will NEVER HEAR VOCALS OR INSTRUMENTALS like those of Matt Horner and Michael Theodore !

Great place, came for lunch on Tuesday the special was amazing (pasta/soup/garlic bread) big portion and well priced. I had great service and cold beer can’t ask for much more.

Restaurant was not busy and we we were seated and our orders were taken quickly, but after that it was all down hill. We were brought water, but not offered any beverages, be it alcohol or coffee. We did ask for more water, but it was brought after we paid. My son and I ordered the roast beef. It was smothered in the most horrible tasting thick gravey and the beef tasted like it been reheated as it was chewy and brown on outside. It was suppose to be medium rare roast beef. My grandson ordered fish and chips. They were good but not great. For an appetizer, we ordered calamari. It was overcooked and rubbery. I couldn't even chew and swallow the one piece I had. My son managed 2 pieces and my grandson about 3. Very disappointing dinner. Definitely not good quality anymore. For the price , I expect decent service and would like to interact waitress more tham twice, once to take order and second time for paying bill. Even when serving food, she did not interact with us, just put it on table. For the price, I would like edible, tasty food. Very, very disapointed. I used to go there for dinner every several months and this time I took my family there as a treat. What a n embarrassing mistake that I made. Will not go again.
This place is brutal in every way. First time I found hair in my food and second chance I gave then they took 45 minutes to make a club sandwich that never came. Don't waste your time or money. There's much better alternatives

This place is almost always packed with die hard regulars. Very old fashioned diner/bar vibes with friendly staff. We had the wings and a few pitchers of beer. Overall, a good dining experience.
