pretty bad customer service. one of the ladies will put in her own phone number to receive points from your order and gets mad when you point it out
Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. I’m sorry is it the end of the world if I ask for a little bit of milk in my smoothie? You can’t improvise or customize on the spot? Are you a robot? It’s a tea spot.. I’m sure you got some milk in ur kitchen. I’m so disappointed because other locations are like heck yeah we can do that for you, I’ve been to many Gong Chas and never been looked at like it was some ridiculous request, avoid this location because these two girls constantly get orders wrong (someone in front of me complained about their order being wrong) and their customer service is shot.
They won’t add milk to your smoothie if you ask them too lol. Weird because the other locations always do
My friend’s drink fell just after buying it. They charged full amount to get same drink. Requested to lend us a mob or thing so that we can clean it to avoid hazards. Refused to lend us any told us it’s ok. Who would be liable if a person fall ? Fortunately a store near by helped us with their own hazard sign.
I ordered a Strawberry passionfruit greentea from Ubereats at this location and request 30% of sugar but this taste like 70-100% of sugar. I have to add water in to make it less sweet. Furthermore, there is a piece of something like plastic in the drink and I accidentally bit it. Hope the owner can read and improve the service!
The milk tea had a strange fridge-like smell. I threw it away after just a few sips—such a disappointing experience!!! 🤮
The croffle was not tasty and also overpriced.
Tried their Oreo Chocolate Smoothie. Best in the city.
too sweet i ordered 30% surgar
This Gong Cha location in the mall has quickly become my go-to for bubble tea in Etobicoke. I usually get the brown sugar black milk tea and I've literally never been disappointed, it's consistently good every time. My partner usually gets the coffee milk tea, and he says it's the best he's had (and he's a big coffee guy). I find other bubble tea chains are hit or miss - sometimes too watered down, or too much milk, or tapioca not cooked well.. but I have never experienced any of these issues at this location, and I go there (maybe alarmingly) often 😅 The staff are all super nice too!
Decent. Not as good as some of the other places that emphasize fresh fruit and juices. Long wait, they clearly need more than 2 staff on weekends.
No golden pearls despite having them on the menu.
Menu could be more clearly organized to guide the customer through the many options.

Mango smoothie was really good. Exactly what I was looking for.
OmG! Gong cha have these cute milkshakes for the season, it tastes 😋 great. I got the strawberry milk foam. I love it 😀. Check them out. ✌️
I’m a big bubble tea fan, and Gongcha has always been one of my go-to places. Sadly, this visit was really disappointing. We ordered 7 drinks and ended up waiting over 30 minutes, which felt excessive. To make matters worse, one of the drinks was wrong.
As someone who works in the food industry, I totally understand that mistakes happen, so I went back to get it fixed. But instead of a solution, I was met with hostility and a confrontational attitude. It was incredibly disrespectful and left a bad impression. Spending nearly $100 and getting treated like this is unacceptable. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from Gongcha. I would not recommended going to this location, the one on Dixie and Dundas which is close by is way better and I’ve never had an issue like this .
The drink was good but the entire cup was filled with ice. This is the only location I’ve been to that does this, seems like they’re trying to cut cost by using a lot of ice…
I’ve been a Gong Cha customer for awhile and pretty much order the 3J Earl Grey Milk Tea each time. Yes, it’s that good. Custard, Grass Jelly, Boba and Earl Grey Milk Tea - the perfect combination!
The staff made the drink just as delicious as the other locations, but I’m removing one star due to the service. They weren’t very friendly and a bit dismissive, and it wasn’t even busy. Hopefully it was just an off day.
