Was waiting forever in the drive-through with only two cars in front. When I finally reached the window, the guy asked what I had when I replied he charged my card and told me to wait and close the window. After another long wait while I was killing my time on the phone, the woman opened the window and wanted to charge me again, I said that I was already charged, she then closed the window. I checked my bank to see if I was going crazy, but I wasn't. The card was charged showing on my bank account. Then she opened the window and gave me food. Wow! No apology, bye, whatever... I opened the bag to see if I had what I ordered, boy oh boy, those burgers were so greasy, it was soaking the wrapper how greasy they were. Never again at this establishment.

Please pay attention to what people are saying in the drive thru. This is the second time ive asked for flamethrower wraps and been given ranch.
We were served by Hayden today and he was very good at his job. Making sure we had everything we needed and served us with a smile ? Seems like a great guy

Was ordering through drive thru and the co workers were about to fight. That is very unacceptable and very unprofessional. The place smells bad now that we don’t even go anymore. They need to deep clean this restaurant.

3rd time I’ve ordered flamethrower chicken wraps and all 3 times they gave me ranch both second and third time I ordered I confirmed at the speaker that they are flamethrower wraps and then again at the window and both times they told me yes but yet they still give me ranch wraps this is the worst DQ I have ever been to will not be back

The “cook” microwaved cold burgers in front of me as I watched from the drive thru then handed them to me. Then became up set when I asked for him to prepare new fresh burgers. I find most staff members here to be arrogant and irritable. Save your money for else where.
