This place is one of my favourites on earth! The staff are kind and caring. The food is delicious and you can tell there is love and care in every ingredient. You can’t buy award winning butter-tarts like you can at The Cottage Cup that’s for sure! The Cottage Cup has always made me feel like I’m at home and I can’t make a trip to the Ottawa Valley without stopping in here. My favourites are the milkshakes and the fish and chips. Thank you to the owners for really putting care into your business and making sure your customers are looked after!

Cute little boutiquey store. Lots of merchandise for your home(All Canadian frames, tumblers, mugs, clothing, jewelry, candles). Tons of coffee flavours and teas to choose from . Some frozen foods to take home. They do icecream and bbq food on site. Tried the vegan poutine with kale, cashew cheese and vegan gravy. Was amazing!!! Ordered a small but the small was like a large. Staff were friendly. Will definitely be back.

From the souvenirs to the food it was way over priced. We ordered the waffle fries and they totally cheaped out on the beef and drowned it in a liquid cheese sauce. I didn't enjoy them at all. $50 for waffle fries and chicken fingers and small fries no thanks !!

Awesome place to get food when you’re on vacation in Killaloe. The staff are friendly and very accommodating especially Amanda. She helped me with my allergy inquiries. If you have soy allergy this is one of the safest place to go. They only use Canola oil, the Haddock fish was so good, made with their own rice flour batter, the burrito bowl is also tasty, I personally enjoyed their dressing that they made it themselves for their salads. I highly recommend this place. They have desserts like cronuts & tarts I didn’t personally tasted them, because of my food allergies, but my husband did and he loves it.

Came for the butter tarts. Was told they were amazing. They were average at best. Almost like they were store bought. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would go back because of the staff.
