I always order a pizza about 20 minutes before arrival but they always gave excuse its in own it will take 5 minutes more and then they took 10-15 minutes more. That is not fair i am requesting to owner to please look into this issue. But pizza quality is always good. Their is always a timing issue. Thank you.

One of the best pizzas in Guelph, fresh ingredients and great taste, quick service (within 20-25 min) A tiny concern, if you please place only one pizza-tripod in each pizza, it is not recyclable, or maybe I request on my order no tripods at all :) Hopefully in the near future, the tripods are replaced by something more environment friendly

pretty bad experience today - I got there on time to pick the order and the front desk person dropped the pizza. He said next will be ready in 5 mins, I said ok I'll come back. I went back to pick the pizza and the next person dropped one of the orders again in the kitchen that I could see from the counter. He came out and I asked did you drop the box. He said no it was someone else's order. I opened the box and showed him that it was messed up and that he just lied to me straight on my face. He replaced it and said please pick any soda and he'll give me some discount. I said I don't want a discount and he said "I'm not judging you, just take any cold drink". Woah if anything I am judging this person! love the food but can't ignore this kinda behavior

I went to Red Swan Pizza on Canada Day for their small $2 pizza deal. While I expected a bit of a wait, it was so disorganized that I ended up waiting for about two hours to get my pizza.
When you ordered, they asked for your phone number and stated they would call out people's last four digits - but that is not even close to what actually happened. Basically, you crammed into a crowd of people and whoever could push their way up to the worker, who would come out every 10-15 mins or so and ask for the people's last four digits, so it ended up being that the pushy people were getting served first. Even worse, some of their "buddies" would be served immediately, while others waited.
As for the actual pizza, one of the cheese pizza's we got was burnt on the top and they were all cut very unevenly.
Will not be back after this very poor experience.

I called this store to place an order . I wasn’t able to explain the dough without seasme as I wouldn’t be able to pronounce the word as the staff on call he told me if you can’t speak in English then talk in Hindi. He started to correcting me instead of taking the order. This is totally disrespectful. I also worked as a supervisor in food court for long time and also faced so many customers who can’t speak well and can’t pronounce the words so it doesn’t mean to tease and embrace them. So Do respect of your customers thats are you earning way they are paying you not having free of costs anything. Thanks

The pizza is ALWAYS amazing! The sesame seeds toast on the crust, so delicious! I ordered through skip the dishes and an item was forgotten. The restaurant delivered themselves within 15 minutes. Above and beyond service with an expansive delicious menu. Highly recommend
