Don't go to dominoes anymore but thought I'd try it out since I got an email coipon . Ordered extra cheese and got no cheese extra spiced cold cardboard.🥴 I wish I could add a pic for effect but was very disappointing to say the least. I will continue to not go to Dominoes.

Ordered a philly steak pizza 2 weeks ago at midnight (November 25th). The pizza was SO cold and the cheese was rubbery/chewy. Seemed like it didn't melt at all or the pizza was reheated. It wasn't flavorful at all. Everything was smashed on it without proper seasoning. Very disappointed! Never ordering it from here again. For the price of $45 plus, it was a disaster and a rip off.

Worst pizza we ever had. Ordered extra cheese and onions on half. Onions were everywhere and no extra cheese. And Waayy overcooked. What cheese was there was burnt.
If you order a cheese pizza there is a at least 50% chance that you will receive a pizza with burnt black bits from the oven left in it, this has happened multiple times over the year and i won't be ordering from here again.

Unacceptable Behavior – Urgent Need for Management Intervention
I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. The woman working at the counter was unfriendly from the start. I paid in cash and noticed she didn’t wash her hands before making a pizza — not mine, thankfully — but she eventually did wash her hands before preparing my order.
What was most concerning, was the way she treated one of the delivery drivers who returned to the store while I was waiting. She was shockingly rude, belittled him in front of me, and then terminated him publicly. I don’t know the backstory, but regardless of the situation, no employee deserves to be humiliated in front of customers like that. It was unprofessional and deeply uncomfortable to witness.
I strongly urge Domino’s senior management to investigate this situation. The way this employee acted seemed less about company policy and more about exerting unnecessary authority. I hope the driver is given a fair review of the circumstances, as this termination did not seem justified at all.
I lost my appetite witnessing this uncomfortable situation. I also provided the driver my phone number to use me as a witness if required.
