We stopped in unplanned when we were in Kanata. I got the cheeseburger bowl and my daughter got the veggie burger. Both were VERY good and so satisfying. Worth the dollars!

I sent an order through uber eats and when it got stolen by the driver they were very nice, polite, and had very good customer service. And even though it wasn't their fault they still gave me a little bag of cookies because my order was late. The burgers were great on top of it all

Very good smash burgers. They have $5 cheeseburgers on Tuesdays. They have gluten free buns and fries. They make great milkshakes. It's always clean and they are always polite.

It will be my last time to visit this burger store. I ordered a burger and fries combo. The burger patty was burnt and thinner than McDonald’s. I am shocked that anyone would actually serve something like this for 20 bucks. This place was good before but now it has poor quality control and standards. Young kids worked on this kitchen don’t know how to cook at all!

Ordered the basic smash cheeseburger and fries. The burger itself was a well cooked smash burger, a bit crispy but not burnt. The toppings were good (nicely sized pickles).
The burger buns were ok but not my favourite. They were very soft (borderline mushy) and a bit sweet. I would've preferred a bun with some more substance, and a more savory flavor.
There were plenty of fries dumped into a brown paper bag fresh out of the deep-fryer. They had a good rich (slightly meaty) taste which makes sense considering they fry in beef tallow.
The Law & Order's takeout bag itself had a bit of an unpleasant printer-ink smell when it was full of steaming hot food.

I should have looked at recent reviews because this used to be a great place when it first opened but is clearly struggling now. We ordered a FAMILY size poutine instead received something that other places would serve as a large. $23.49 plus tax for this is ridiculous! Taste was average. Won't be returning.

We've been ordering here since October 2024. The first few times, the food was to die for. Unfortunately the last few times the cheeseburgers have gotten increasingly burnt, until tonight where I can barely eat the burger because it's so black and burnt. I don't know if they got a new cook or something but it's disappointing. The poutine is also cold yet we live only 5 minutes away. I don't think we'll be ordering from here again.
The Tuesday $5 cheeseburger is a fantastic $5 cheeseburger. Well worth it. Buy 2 for a solid filling lunch.
