Cousin Vinny's Pizza and Deli

My recent experience at Cousin Vinny's pizza was extremely disappointing. I placed a large order online for my crew, only to arrive and find out that they had mistaken my order for the previous day's. Despite their promise to have the pizza ready in 45 minutes, I ended up waiting a frustrating 1.5 hours for my order to be completed. This kind of service is unacceptable, and unfortunately, it's not the first time I've been let down by Cousin Vinny's. The quality has noticeably declined, with missing ingredients becoming a common occurrence. Regrettably, this experience has been the final straw for me, and I won't be returning. I hope this feedback helps improve their service for future customers.Oh and they forgot parts of my order too.

Pizza reminded me of the Pizza lunches in public school were the dough is like cardboard and soggy. I will not be going back ever again.

Took over 30 minutes to get a meatball sub; i was the only person who had ordered. Planned on eating it there but had to eat it in my car since i was late for my appointment. I assume it took so long because the one preparing it had to thoroughly abuse it and spike it like a touch down into the bag.

The hours they are open are different online, on Google and in person. It let me order online and then I went to pick up and it was closed. Terrible business practices. Will not be returning

Do NOT order the "breadsticks" we just ordered this evening for dinner around 4/430pm we got 1 large pizza, an order of breadsticks and a Caesar salad. We did not enjoy a single item. The mushrooms on the pizza stunk and you could tell they were rotten and the "breadsticks" we got was literally dough. They gave a a pizza with no toppings, garlic, nothing! Just pizza dough and cut into pieces (it was more thin crusted than the pizza) and called it breadsticks..... sorry but we will never order again. First and last time. Do not recommend.

Got walk in cheese pizza to test, tasted like cardboard and person who took order over phone made no suggestions regarding options and pricing, was surprised by $20 price tag, downtown location feels original and always tastes amazing so was surprised trying this

The pizza was undercooked, the crust was wet and soggy, and I ordered double cheese for $6 but got quadruple green peppers instead. The pizza just tasted like a big green pepper, it was terrible.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered pizza on Friday evening for pickup at 11:30 am Saturday. I spoke on the phone twice to owner? Not sure who it was.I ordered 5 large pizza's plus 2 gluten free for a family gathering. He assured me it was no problem he would have it all ready. My niece arrived to pick it up (already paid for)and they said they ran out and had no gluten free. They sold the pizza I already paid for. No phone call to let us know. Nothing. Just left us hanging. They paid her back in cash.$34.00. Didn't even cover the pizza let alone the tax and undeserved tip which I totally regretted. Didn't even offer to comp anything or an apology.Definitely don't recommend and their pizza was not that great either.

Horribly slow, pre ordered 2 pizzas online, took 45 min to be ready for pickup, the pizza crust was rock hard and the rest tasted horrible, it also became indigestable after reheating, never eat here unless you want bad pizza and slow

I’ve been to this location twice since they opened. The first time the order came up 25 minutes later then scheduled pickup time. There were several other angry customers also waiting around for their delayed orders. The pizza was not very memorable. The second time the order was on time but the pizza dough was undercooked and not very tasty at all. I won’t be a returning customer. To me, this pizza is not good and the service is not reliable.

Very good pizza, very good quality, very generous on toppings. Great atmosphere overall, I recommend this highly.
