Visited for the first time and ordered caramel fudge blizzard and chocolate dipped vanilla cone. The guy who was taking order was looking so pissed and drained out of energy . Doesn’t even smile back. Very bad customer service. Didn’t even make the blizzard properly and was super slow from taking orders to doing everything. Should really improve the customer service.

I ordered an oreo ice cream cake for my husband's birthday and set up the pick up time for 4:45pm today. Once we show up to pick it up, they let me know that they don't have an oreo cake prepared. When asked what their reason for not letting me know prior to showing up, they made the excuse that they had no way of contacting me despite having collected both my email address and phone number when I placed the order. Extremely disappointed to be left now absolutely last minute to find a cake for today.

This location is mediocre at best. The staff are working but don’t seem to be enjoying it. They had no ice and their pop machine was warm—which made our dining experience awful.Their slush/freeze items were sold out which was part in the reason we came.This is a convienent location being attached to Fleetway but definitely won’t go out of my way to come again.

I went in last minute to get a cake for my son’s birthday.I hadn’t bought a DQ cake before. Alicia was amazing and personalized the cake with beautiful writing, I had expected to take it home and add the writing myself! Thank you so much he will love it ?

Guy who took our order was super nice even tho we came at 11:10 pm and they closed soon. Noticed the other gentleman making our ice cream seemed annoyed we were ordering and didn't even look at us when handing us our Ice cream. He then immediately made an ice cream sundae for himself and went to the back to eat it. Weird experience for sure. Also you sit in silence here as they have no radio or music.

Nice location close to bowling alley, went here after bowling for a snack lunch but was disappointed in the burger,asked for swiss burger meal and got a regular cheese burger instead which had about a 1/4 inch of meat in it,very dry and cold when served.The fries were good but small and the iced tea was ok.The coupon deal was for 6 dollars ,but even at that price it wasn't worth it!
