I don't often review places however on Feb 27th my wife and I decided to grab ourselves some lunch. When we got in it was very busy but the guy behind the counter who I presume was a manager ( or should be) greeted us right away and said don't let the line fool us, he'll be right with us. He was right, he and the young lady moved quickly and took our order. He treated us with humor and somehow upsold my wife on a soup, she doesn't eat soup much! I mentioned the line and we joked about time, he told me 7mins we would have our food. I said no way, just for jokes I timed it and when he brought our food out it was 6 mins! Food was displayed great and tasted even better! You don't find customer service like this anymore. We will 100000% be back, it was our first of I'm sure many times!

It's been a while since I came to firehouse use to be my favorite but this visit was just awful I order my usual steak sandwich and it tasted awful all I tasted was mustard and hardly no meat on it for the money I paid I'm so disappointed I couldn't even eat

Placed an order on Christmas Eve for pick up - got there and the store was closed. Fair enough, but how does an online system take an order for a store that is closed?? Even worse, I was charged for the order!? I have been trying for over a month to get my money back but Firehouse Subs says I have to deal with the store and the store manager will not return my calls!!! Do not support this business.

Firehouse subs are always pretty good but it’s people like Owen who make it great. Owen chatted with me while making my sub, talking to me about the hot sauce and making some pretty funny commentary. After he finished my sub he thanked me and told me how to save a couple bucks in the future. All around a 10/10 employee and would highly recommend make this guy manager. Besides guys got the nicest beard and flow that I’ve seen in a minute.Parking: Your Escalade will fit and you’ll still have room for your kids to throw their doors open without railing the Benz beside youKid-friendliness: It’s subs made the way you want. Even your little bratty and picky child can get what they want…. Or you can pick and teach them a life lesson that you dont always get what you want.

I hope the owner reads this review because you’re severely understaffing this store. When I went, there were two young staff working during a rush. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. There were 11 people waiting ahead of me (I counted) plus 2 delivery drivers (1 order was lost). Will not be coming to this store again.

I don't normally complain about meals but if you don't hear about things then you won't know what needs to be fixed. $30.00 for two medium subs that were nothing fancy, I know prices of things have gone up but this was almost laughable at the size and the quality. There was maybe 5 other people ahead of us and it took almost 40 minutes to get our low quality subs. One gentleman was absolutely losing it as he had been there for over an hour. I understand it is hard to find people these days, but there was 4 staff members behind the counter, one looked like she only cut the bread and one took orders, no pitching in after their jobs were completed. Won't be going back
