Usually I have a great experience...Usually. I asked an associate for help, and let's just say, when you roll your eyes at a customer needing assistance, not good customer service. I was ready to walk out, and say screw this, never coming back, I will shop at a competitorLucky enough, I was assisted by a different associate . The cashier was fabulous. All I can say, is everyone has a bad day, but , if that associate was like that with me, who else is he like this with. With grocery prices out of control, and being short staffed, is no reason to behave towards a customer . We are all feeling the squeeze.

Went here a week or two ago. An older man was trying to park in a handicap spot but ended up with a wheel on the curb. A Food Basics employee - an older woman - started shouting "MIKE! MIKE! LOOK AT THIS GUY!!" I asked her to stop and she complained that he shouldn't be driving. I told her that has nothing to do with her screaming and calling attention to it in a busy parking lot.What a horrible, horrible way to treat the elderly and people with disabilities. If she was actually concerned her response wouldn't be to shout so "Mike" and dozens of other onlookers watch this poor man struggle to park.

Produce way better over last 6 months .Lettuce never rotten now . Got bread that smells like mould after 2 days and still within best before date .thats international bakerys fault tho .l called them about that.
