Absolutely disgusting... I would give zero stars if possible. Me and my girlfriend went in 15 minutes before closing and they took our order. They literally rushed to make our food and it was the most awful pasta I have ever tasted. It was stale with no flavour and it wasnt even cooked. Adding insult to injury there was a hair strand in the box. There should be a health inspection done to this place. Ended up throwing it out after a few bites. I cant believe the quality and professionalism of this place. Worst $14 I have ever spent. PLEASE AVOID!!!

My boyfriend and I ordered fresnos a few weeks ago looking for delicious, authentic pasta and we were thrilled! It is so fresh I was very excited that it is all made from scratch and may I say way better than spaghetti Eddie's.

Visited Fresno's last night. I didn't recognize the young woman working the till, placed my order and waited. I notice constant skip the dishes people coming in and they appeared to be getting faster service. I heard the young man in the back say my order was up and saw my food sitting there ready. After 10 minutes I approached the young woman and asked if my food was almost ready. It was as if she totally forgot who I was and asked “what did you order again†I was the only person sitting in the place!!! I couldn't believe it. I then asked if that was my order that has been sitting there for almost 15 minutes waiting. She said did you order this sandwich and a salad I said yes. She put the order in the bag and didn't even apologize for the terrible service I received just paying top dollar for cold food. I said your service is awful and walked out. Needless to say I won't be returning to Fresno's and I don't recommend anyone go to this location. Much better options downtown to pick from !

Amazing pasta. Chef and staff were super friendly and accommodating. I ordered a pasta that i didn't end up liking and they gave me a new one free of charge and the chef even came out to talk to me. Ended up tasting really good.
