Hands down the best shawarma that Shelby is known for. Fresh bread, plenty of juicy meat and just the right amount of toppings (no lettuce thank god). The pomegranate molasses is the secret ingredient here, I don't know why other shawarma places don't do it.Definitely go there for your Shawarma cravings. This spot has plenty of parking and lots of seating inside and was not crowded on a weekday evening.

We drove from Toronto to this location. First time I was here during pandemic for a gig we ate one shawarma and one hour later we were back for a second .this is one of the best Shawarma joints out there!the staff is amazing always laughing ,smiling we even had a vegetarian person with us who said this is the first falafel he has enjoyed !
Usually, I'm a big fan of Shelby's, but today's experience left me disgusted. I ordered their legendary shawarma wrap with both beef and lamb, only to find it excessively soaked in oil. The packaging was literally dripping, and the staff nonchalantly handed it over to me. Despite my request for more napkins to deal with the mess, they seemed indifferent, offering only two additional napkins for cleanup brushing me off. I can't even eat my lunch because it's so saturated.

I don’t leave bad reviews but this time I think I might. Food is good but don’t pay for any extras . This is the third time that I paid for extras and received the same amount as when I pay for a regular bowl. The chicken is I think like 3.99 extra and I got the same. Three times. There is a responsibility that when someone pays for something it doesn’t get overlooked, no excuses.
