Twice now I've ordered online with a 10min pickup time only to wait 20min for my order. DONT MAKE PROMISES THAT YOU CANT KEEP. Food is great but the staff service sucks here. Don't know if I'll ever come back

The employees were extremely polite, professional and pleasant. Great customer care! Amazing food except for the taters were unbelievably salty and no one could eat them - These things can happen I guess - but it was as though they spilled a bottle of salt in the taters - absolutely not edible.Would recommend this location but would probably not order the taters again.

Went in to dine tonight. Got my 3 piece chicken meal that cost me over 23 dollars. Eating away and suddenly l see blood. The chicken was NOT COOKED!! I brought it up to the front and showed them… All they said to me was sorry about that… Refused to offer me cooked chicken or my money back. I work hard for my money.. It went into the garbage and the cashier was changing the garbage and watched me dump it. Now it’s 2am and I’m feeling sick to my stomach!
