My wife and I arrived around 6:15pm on a Saturday, Jun. 21. There was just one couple ahead of us, and despite the place not being busy, it still took a couple of minutes to be seated. We were told someone was “on their way,” but it already felt off, as we stood around waiting. Once seated, things didn’t improve. We waited another 4–5 minutes at the table, looking at the menu, with zero acknowledgment — no greeting, no water, no idea who our server even was. A few staff glanced over but clearly had no intention of stopping. It was awkward and honestly felt like no one cared to be there. We spent maybe 10 minutes total before deciding to leave and ended up at Bear & Frankie’s at Covent Garden Market — which was a complete 180. Friendly service, great food, and an actual welcome. I won’t be returning to Milo’s based on this experience.

I just had a beer there which was great! Get an english dark ipa so good!
Servers are funny and relaxed. Space very spacious.
Oh man, we split the cheeseburger and the beef ribs. Everything was perfectly done and seasoned. Not a word of lie, the beef was some of the most flavourful I've ever had. I'll be using the leftovers for a smoky chipped beef sandwich!
Also, our server was great. Just the right mix of knowledgeable, attentive and absent. I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and, of course, there is an extensive beer and cocktail list, both with and without alcohol.
It's pricey, but worth it for a once and awhile treat.

Amazing food and the best beer selection in London IMHO
Beer options very good as they're from across SWO. Food was great albeit a little expensive.
Honestly, not good. Definitely misleading based on the reviews and price. The rare burger had an unappealing mushy texture and bland flavor, while the fries were overly salty, nearly twice as much as McDonald's.

Other than the squirrel chucking seed pods at us - there was nothing bad to say about this place! Great for beer nerds. Great for an eclectic foodie pallet. And if you're neither of these things the wait staff will sort you out and make you feel like one of the cool kids!

By far the best beer selection in the city, with a great staff and great good. They are more than willing to answer any questions about what's on tap and make recommendations.
Updated review: still the best beer selection in the city, which rotates so there is always new things. The food is top notch quality and taste. The staff is fantastic.
Everyone should try this place.
Update: still the best...
Parking: Free parking after 6. It could be easy to find parking, depending on the day. Friday nights with a Knights game/concert happening is probably the most difficult time.
