Food was okay but expensive for what you get. Ordered the crab queso dip which we found to be very runny not like you would expect. Appetizer came out quickly but so did the dinner so didn’t really get a chance to enjoy separately This is the second time at this Red Lobster and we were disappointed.

Superb customer service. Darcey, our server handled an issue with my crab fantastically well. The manager was best ever and was so attentive to a problem we had with the crab I had ordered. Can't say enough about the service. Contacted corporate office to tell them how great the service was.

It's never been so slow. Almost 2 hrs to get our food. Some of it was cold. Kept getting the same story from the manager that ours would be the next up. Some of it had clearly been on the plate for over an hour before it got to us....It's been awhile and we tried it again. We got there earlier and didn't wait long. Food was faster to the table. Felt a bit like as the night went on service slowed but it was a good improvement over last time.
