I'd love to be able to rate the food (still searching for a good Chinese restaurant in London), but the food never arrived. The charge is pending on my card & no one has contacted me by email or phone to tell me what happened.

Thanks for waiting 45 minutes to cancel my $80 order saying you’re too busy. Pretty happy you did, based on these reviews it’s unlikely we would have enjoyed it.Btw, Google says your business is not busy at the time I ordered.

Accepting orders would be a great start.

Ordered 1 Eggroll and 2 Crispy Chicken with Chili Pepper.Eggroll was okThe chicken was not crispy and it came with bones.. Spine and everything. Every piece of chicken had bone in it, it felt like I was eating the scraps of the chicken carcass. My spouse called it Necromancy food....

On line ordering was great! Simple and effective and could even choose the time to pick up !Fried rice and spring rolls were goodBUT eggs rolls were soggy and the chicken balls had uncooked dough inside! At $1 a chicken ball, I would expect more

Delicious food and such kind staff. They gave me free tiramisu and it really made me smile after a bad day. Thank you!

I've been here a few times and I've thoroughly enjoyed it every time. Their food was delicious and a great price for the amount you get. I highly recommend going with a group as you can each order a dish and share them with each other. I also recommend the tea, it's quite delicious! Will definitely continue to come here!

Horrible place. Food was terrible and you basically are eating in this family's living room. There is a couch with the family watching tv separated by a half wall. One dish was drowning in pepper flakes. We were the only people eating there.

The 1 star reviews before mine are either undeserved, or they cleaned up their act. I ordered through skip the dishes, and the delivery was timely, the order was accurate, and the food was delicious. It's hard to find mainland/Northern Chinese food in London that's even halfway authentic (plenty of Cantonese food though) so I hope this restaurant will stick around

I didn't order anything exciting, but I'm going to review anyhow because I think this place deserves it. Egg roll, spring rolls, and chicken balls. The egg roll isn't wrapped in the bubbly fried dough I'm used to, it was the thinner spring roll wrapper, but it was good. The spring rolls were awesome - they must be made in house. They weren't greasy or overspiced. The chicken balls were different - a very large piece of chicken inside, with a breading that was almost like biscuit or pancake batter. I think the sauce is made in house too, it wasn't the thin orangey red stuff I'm used to. They were good, but didn't satisfy a nostalgia craving for the cheap Chinese food of my childhood.

I waited 2 hours to get our food... tried calling the business and no one picked up for 4 phone calls. The food was mediocre... poor value for the money. Then we realized that we didn't get any fortune cookies. Pretty much the entire meal was a disappointment. I would never order from here again.

This is the worse Chinese food We have ever had. The red sauce taste like perfume and the chicken balls and lemon chicken were over cooked in an oil bath that needed to be changed. Also the lemon chicken tasted like spicy burnt peanuts without lemon at all. Bill came to $70 and we threw out most of it because it wasn't edible.

Worst chinese food ever. Got food poisoning from this place, extremely expensive as well. Got cantonese rice and beef brocoli with spring rolls and the bill was $49, i wasnt able to eat it as it tasted extremely gross. Went back to the place to ask for s refund and they laughed and said no. Never again
