this is absolutely the best Subway restaurant, staff here are true sandwich artists and beyond pleasant and professional, i finally found my go to sandwich place!

Sub was made and just sat there geting cold for about 10 minutes then I pay and they just walk away and serve another customer without giving me my food I had to reach around the counter to get it horrible

Was working across the street stopped in for lunch already paid for my food went to get my drink and noticed alot of big ants all over the place made me nkt hungry at all be careful they are crawling everywhere wouldnt refund me after o noticed the ants

I went to get a sub after work walked in said hello was given a nod the music playing was extremely loud and he spent most of the time bobbing around to the music I'm all for the little music while you're working but when a customer walks in you should turn it down and he seemed very impatient and when I asked for extra something he very stapley told me it would be extra put the meat on my sandwich and put it in the toaster went to the back did something grabbed containers cuz my sauce was to go and then proceeded to go to grab my sandwich to continue putting vegetables on it when I asked him to change his gloves he looked at me like I was inconveniencing him did so dropped one on the floor and tried to use it I don't have to explain why that is completely unacceptable he then asked me if I wanted a bag and I said yes again seemed annoyed would not recommendVegetarian options: If quite a few vegetarian options or at least different combinationsParking: Parking was fine a bit steep of an incline for some spots but overall decent

I was the only customer in the store, 9pm ish on a Tuesday. The employee who took my order made a foot long when I asked for a 6". I didn't realize til he'd started making it so I thought well that's alright then I guess I'll get a foot long, save some for later maybe offer the other half to someone who looks or seems hungry. But the guy making my sandwich was in a different dimension or on some other planet because I had to constantly repeat myself. I had to stop him from adding cucumbers that I didn't ask for.

I have never met any friendly person like the lady I met there. Nice, courteous and asked questions to understand what was best for me. Even after the meal asked me if I enjoyed it ... oh wow I will come back again and again and yea I recommend because the taste is very much different from other subways I have been to. I think this is the best ever!!!!
Friendly staff. 5 star for cleanliness and freshness of food.I Moved to some other place and came to London for a couple days. Didn't missed to go to this location and it was as expected, simply AWESOME.

Very fast and friendly service. There was a bit of a mix up with the drink lid, as they didn't have the correct size, but they ended up comping me by giving me a smaller drink and a bottled drink. Very good customer service here!
