These guys were so great. They got me set up and ready to go. Unfortunately all of the music was stolen when my laptop was stolen. But it doesn't negate the fact that the people ikaraoke Canada are fantastic people and will bend over backwards for you. They are go the extra mile type of people. A very good company. They said they would help me retrieve the songs. But I never heard from them :-( I am taking away from 5 Stars. They just never got back to me it's very sad it said it was for life, guaranteed I would have the 40,000 songs very sad

I highly advise you not to hire Charlie or deal with his company. We had a very bad experience with him. We paid in full upfront to get a 10% discount on DJ services for our wedding, but a few months later we had to cancel. It took 3-4 months of fighting with him to get our money back minus the deposit. If you do book, only put down the non-refundable deposit.

I highly advise you NOT to hire Charlie or deal with his company. We signed a contract and sent a deposit for our wedding. Due to a health issue, we needed to cancel. The contract stated that the deposit would be refunded minus $50. We left multiple voice mails and sent Charlie multiple emails and he kept dodging us. It was about 2 months before he finally agreed to honour the contract and send us back the money, however, he failed to do that by the date he said he would. Yet again he wouldn't contact us back on when he was going to send it. I finally sent him an email threatening to contact the BBB, the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, and legal action before we got our money back. It took 3-4 months after our initial request. I've never dealt with a worse business! We didn't even receive an apology when our money was finally sent back! Weddings are stressful and this type of stress was the last thing we needed to be dealing with! Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere!

We had Charlie at our wedding on August 17. Charlie did our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dance and everything ran smoothly. He was able to change things on the fly with us which was very nice as we weren't able to have the meeting before the wedding. We had a bit of trouble with communication (which was some added stress) before the wedding but Charlie came through for us and did a great job!

The music was a great time the Dj was super helpful and did DJ/MC for some of the night, letting the catering know when we arrived so they could start dinner, It was such a good time he played a lot of our music we requested but also gauged the dance floor to see what would keep people up and dancing. We are living in Alberta so planning from a distance could have been challenging if Vanrock wasn't so easy to deal with. Their online portal and forms were straight forward and easy to fill out.
