Normally go there a few times a week and get great service in the bentley lounge. This morning Sat Feb 17th i went at 10am and there was only 1 table there. The waitress brought the menu and it ends there. I waited at least 15 mins and no service. Another table came in they got their coffees and were attended to. NOT nice. I walked out.I think in this day and age it’s important to train staff properly so that $$$ doesn’t walk out the door.

Thank you to the wonderful staff of Vic's and Bentleys for the excellent service for our large party on Saturday afternoon. Your attention to detail was appreciated and the extra touch of the Lindor chocolate after the meal was a delicious surprise. The butternut squash ravioli was creamy and flavourful. I can hardly wait for a return visit!

Our waitress was a very attentive & the food & drinks were great. We had the smokehouse burgers with onion rings & fries as well as the ribeye Philly cheesesteak. Everything was fresh & very tasty. To wash things down we had a Manhattan & a Caesar which were great. This restaurant was better than our recent experiences at big box restaurants in the area by far. We would return even if we weren’t staying at the Sheraton.

Went there for my birthday supper on Wednesday. Have dined at both Vics and Bently many many times. Always good food. Always copious amounts of food. Always friendly staff. After eating what I could, I asked for a takeaway container. Waitress then asked if we wanted dessert, and we asked about the offerings. She mentioned Creme brulle...2 of us said yes. Creme brulle is my favorite dessert. She brought the desserts. Mine looked weird and smelled odd, I tasted it, and it was awful. I managed to get her attention and asked what the dessert was. She told me Creme brulle. I told her it was not like any I had ever tasted. She then told me it was peanut butter. Then sort of berated me by saying they change the flavors often..she was pretty dismissive. But had been the entire time we were visiting.I reminded her that I had no idea they changed the Creme brulle. Dismissive and not asking the usual questions leaving us having to flag other wait staff to get needed items. I said to her" at no time did she tell me it was anything but plain Creme brulle. She still was snippy until I said I could not eat it.My biggest concern here is the lack of respect...imoAnd the danger of not telling a customer this was peanut butter Creme brulle. Had I had an allergy I would have had an immediate reaction. Staff should understand possible allergy foods. In my opinion....left an awful taste in my mouth and mind.

A hidden gem. Found out about them quite by accident. Went for Father’s Day brunch. Excellent selection, service and atmosphere. I will definitely be back often.Parking: Parking at rear of hotel as spots in front were all taken up.

Was told to the buffet you had to be at the hotel as guest and they were only offering seating on the patio.

The breakfast buffet was good just wish the sausages was a little more cook but good varieties of items to pick from.Parking: Need more parking.

I've had the breakfast and lunch buffet at Vic's and both were equally great. For breakfast you can get the usual stuff but they also have an omelette bar and you can order it, the way you want it. For the lunch buffet, they had both salmon and roast beef. Both were great.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome and there will be things they like.Parking: Plenty of parking but mostly out back of the hotel and not the front parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: The entire place is wheelchair accessible

This restaurant has been a favorite of ours for a number of years. Food has always been good and just a great location/physical set up. My negative review is because there was a simple error in being double charged (our copy of the receipt said incomplete, so had to run the machine again which had a successful transaction. Only to find from our bank it went through two times). After calling and talking to restaurant and hotel staff and leaving many messages we are still waiting for a manager to get back to us on processing this error. Been told by everyone we talk to that the manager was aware of our issue and each promised that they would call me the next business day. This was over three weeks ago. Also have a relative who previously worked with this staff reach out to figure out why we are not getting any response but that went dead on the managers part. All in all I am very sad it has to come to writing a review in hopes that I can get a response. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Went for Saturday brunch yesterday with family to celebrate two birthdays. I've eaten here before and always good. Not yesterday. Hot buffet food was barely warm and tasted like leftovers from the day before. The freshly made omelettes were runny on the inside and barely edible. Embarrassed to have brought my family here. Will not return again or recommend. Vic's on Wellington you need to do better - way better!!

I reserved a table for our family to celebrate my son and my husband's birthdays. There was 7 of us which included immediate and extended family - all adults. I've eaten at Vic's before and always enjoyed their food and service, however, I've never had their Saturday morning brunch. To say that I'm embarrassed to have brought my family here is an understatement. Most of the food on the hot buffet was mildly warm and tasted like it had been sitting for days. The home fries tasted like they were leftovers from the day before, and the usually scrumptious cinnamon French toast was stale and barely warm. Even the omelette bar was a disappointment. Six of us had an omelette ~ I didn't. But only 2 said the omelette was "just ok". The other 4 omelettes were barely cooked in the middle ~ extremely runny ~ and weren't edible. I'm sure the wait staff clearing the plates would have noticed the food left on the plates. I'm not a picky eater, but even my meal was barely OK. The best thing about our meal was the coffee. On top of the very disappointing food, we were seated in the hallway outside of the restaurant ~ which was quite drafty ~ and I think the wait staff kept forgetting we were there. At one point my husband had to get up and track someone down to bring us a glass of water for someone at our table that was having trouble swallowing their food. I've enjoyed this restaurant before, and was looking forward to our family being together and enjoying a good meal together, but after this experience, I will not return ~ and really wish I had made our birthday brunch plans elsewhere. I will not recommend to others. Sorry Vic's on Wellington ~ just have to be honest with you. You need to do better!!!
