My kids purchased A gift Certificate for a romantic dinner. But they no longer serve dinner and we had to go to tea. Or not use the gift certificate. I am diabetic and tea is not I thing a diabetic should have. Their website still has a dinner menu on it.Dietary restrictions: Not diabetic friendly

My friends and I just went here for high tea and it was incredible! The food was amazing and it was clear that they took great care in everything. The staff were attentive but not pushy. What a great outing, I will definitely be back and recommending it to others.

I went on a date with my boyfriend to Villa Cornelia this week. They have a new seasonal menu with lots of seafood and fish options. We had Caesar salad and warm octopus salad for an appetizer. Both were great, the octopus was excellently cooked and was perfectly soft. For the main course I had the bass with smoked carrot puree and mashed potato which I enjoyed a lot. I was thoroughly impressed by smoked carrot puree - it added a peculiar note to the dish and lifted the flavour of the dish ?. The bass had a crispy top and tasted fantastic in conbination with tender creamy white wine sauce. My Boyfriend had chicken supreme with coffee sauce, crispy garlic spinach, shiitake mushroom, bacon and mashed potato, all tasted amazing. The crispy spinach is just out of this world! The server was very polite and attentive, she did a great job making sure we were enjoying the dinner. I liked the atmosphere in the restaurant too. The vintage interior feels very cozy.Parking: Free parking behind the restaurant? Rare in downtown London.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Villa Cornelia. The service was great, and our palates were spoiled with fine French dishes bursting with flavor. We enjoyed many courses and especially loved the crispy duck leg, and the escargot. We finished with a cleansing cherry sorbet followed by a citrus cheesecake for dessert. I highly recommend trying Chef Phillipe's exquisite food!

First time here, but definitely won’t be the last. As soon as you enter, Sandra at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. Service is definitely top notch. Can’t say enough about the food — Philippe is an amazing chef and the love and passion that he has for cooking definitely comes through in all his dishes. Appetizers, main course and desert were all right up there with the best we’ve had. Lots of variety on the drink menu as well. Overall, definitely a hidden gem that everyone should make an effort to check out.Parking: Lots of free parking at the back, which is very nice for a downtown location.

I had a small gathering (5 young ladies) for my daughter's 16th birthday. The waitress, Sandra, was wonderful. The girls all thoroughly enjoyed themselves and it was a great birthday for my daughter. It was excellent from start to finish... we will be back!

We had an amazing 39th anniversary dinner. The food was delicious and staff extremely friendly. The beef tenderloin was tender and flavourful. The duck was juicy but not fatty! Loved the French cuisine. Merci. A bientot.

I’ve been here before and came on a first date with my better half about 5 years ago, during a great Londonlicious experience. Was great then. Came back again with her tonight for another Londonlicious blizzard edition (though a bit delayed thanks to COVID) and great again!I’m a bit taken aback from some other very poor reviews because it has been good when I’ve been here, with no issues food-wise or race-wise (at least when I have been there).Sandra took care of us tonight, she was so nice and we had a great conversation. I started with the Love Potion drink (sure, a bit overpriced but tasty) and then some nice wine.I’m vegetarian and they had good options, even with Londonlicious (some others don’t have good options). I had the cauliflower soup with garlic and croutons to start (as did my partner) and we both enjoyed it. Great on a cold night, nice and creamy, good portion. She had the chicken roulade as an entree and I had the ricotta gnocchi. The chicken was so tender and the gravy was tasty, not enough Brussels sprouts though but they are definitely not for everyone (she’s a tad British). My gnocchi was soft and good with the tomato coulis and peas and broccolini. A few of the broccoli pieces were slightly undercooked but tough when you have different sizes to have it all perfectly cooked. The portions were all just right - not too much to feel overdone but not too little to feel like you didn’t get the value. We both also had the crème brûlée for dessert. Some nice fresh fruit on top to balance the creamy custard, still warm, nicely caramelized. I recently had the same dessert elsewhere but can say this was better.I love the house, the atmosphere, some nice jazz music on, good food, good service (thank you again Sandra!!). I would definitely go back and hope others will at least give it a try, after the last couple years and with things loosening up, obviously the whole industry needs to get back up and running.I wish I had pics but by the time I thought about it, we were done haha. I guess that makes it a good date night ;)

Great restaurant, nice classic vibe, with savoury food. We had the braised lamb pasta and the cornish hen, both of which tasted amazing. Highly recommend for a fancy night out.
