Food tasted excellent however there was not enough rotation of the Gauchos and the pieces of meat offered were quite small which is fine generally but not if they are not coming around often enough. The server we had was wonderful she checked in on us quite a bit and even sent more Gauchos towards our table when we mentioned to her the infrequency of the.The vibe! Was in town for work and stayed at a hotel nearby. After seeing posters advertising the restaurant in the hotel and checking it out online, my colleagues and I decided to go there for dinner. Everything was delicious! We tried two of the items from the specials menu that were amazing- a beef carpaccio appetizer and a pizza with prosciutto, burrata and honey. Attended the restaurant twice both during DJ nights. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lifted immediately. Was very satisfied with the food and cocktails. Was served by Mark and Brandon both times and they are both very skilled. The chicken wings were crispy and sticky with the right soy sauce based glaze. Their kale pesto pasta was exceptional especially with the jalapeno oil they provided. Tasted very earthy and fresh. 100% would come back soon and 100% during more DJ nights.
