Want to share my experience from yesterday.

The service was very poor. The server only came once to take the order. After that I had to ask everytime for the server to come and take additional order.
Server forgot to get the soup and salad with the dinner order and I had to remind him to do so.

When the bill was presented there was a gratuity charged for a table of 2 for 15%. Upon questioning that there is no mention of the same anywhere and usually mandatory gratuity is for a larger group the server mentioned it’s standard and by default. This is absolutely unethical as there is no mention of minimum gratuity. On top of it the server presented the server presented the card machine along with another 18% tip trying to scam. It was my presence of mind that I noticed it and asked her to decline the tip again. This is absolutely unethical and a way to scam customers.

I will never be visiting this place ever again as it is into the business of unethical practice with customers and trying to cheat them.

They have happy options available! Overall pretty good, I did find the beef to be a little too chewy but other than that it was great.

Excellent evening with amazing service. Our cook, Jose, was amazing. Aaron was so kind and checked in with us multiple times throughout the meal. I would recommend to everybody nearby in the area to try!

I had such an amazing experience at this hibachi restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The chefs were incredibly skilled and entertaining, making the whole hibachi experience so much fun.

I also want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Aaron. He was extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his guests and his team, which really makes the restaurant stand out. Aaron checked in on our table multiple times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, and his hospitality truly made the night memorable.

If you’re looking for great food, a lively atmosphere, and outstanding service, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great time dining here for my first hibachi experience in Canada. The chef was entertaining and engaging and the food tasted great, although it was nothing exceptional. I also enjoyed the sushi roll, which was tasty but not super special either. I ended up very full even without adding any upgrades to our hibachi package (ex. fried noodles, fried rice, etc.). I believe this is a solid hibachi location if you're ever in the area; it's a good place for a family meal, and especially a date.

We had a reservation for 7 people at 8:00 PM. When we arrived, 4 of us were present and the rest were only a few minutes away. Instead of seating us, the manager rudely told us we could not be seated until our entire party arrived. At no point during booking, in the reservation email, or when I called to confirm was this policy communicated.

I understand some restaurants may have house rules, but the way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Clear communication and courtesy go a long way — unfortunately, that was missing in our experience.

Our experience here was underwhelming. We went here as we have received mixed reviews but tried as it was one one my family member's birthday. They said that the food was not the highlight of this place but the performance and showmanship of the chef/cook. True to the reviews, the food was just so-so but I would recommend the yakisoba with the steak with the veggies. The performance of our designated cook was not stellar compared to the neighbouring chef. It was lackluster and not engaging. The only person commendable during our visit was Narin. He was always smiling and very accommodating. They are not very engaged with the customers especially the manager. I think the latter just want to go to work and not work at all. Sorry to say: we will never be back.
