First time trying this, and it was ok. I got a six inch regular philly cheese steak sandwich. The bread was soggy and the sandwich really messy, which I am not a fan of, my hands were "philthy" lol. Cashier was friendly, and environment decent and clean.

Communicating with the staff was challenging. It was very difficult to order a premade selection from their menu. The staff ignored most questions about the menu items and most communications during the ordering process.

We had 2 Philly’s. Both of us got sick. The cheese tasted awful. It was probably spoiled. The oil smelled like it reused for multiple days if not weeks. We couldn’t touch the fries as they were green and black. Probably rotten potatoes and bad oil. Terrible!

Over $60 for 2 sandwiches (one 8 inch one 12 inch) and 1 poutine and 1 plain fries. The fries were not fresh at all...must have been sitting there for hours. There was no joy with this meal...will not return
