The small restaurant is extremely cold in winter - we had to keep our coats on and were still uncomfortably cold as the wind came in whenever the door opened! Not enough staff (one cook and one person at the cash taking orders). They mainly cater to the university crowd who live around there and go to Sheridan. The person at the cash also helped prepare the food orders without washing/using hand sanitizers after handling money and cards. Restaurant needs renovations as it used to be better and much cleaner before covid. The ladies washroom had no toilet paper in one stall and no hand towels. The men’s washroom had no soap in the dispenser. Owner should take a visit and spruce up the place and have a dedicated cashier who, when leaving to prepare food, should wash his/her hands in the sink right near the cash after handling money and cards. Will not go back until there are visible improvements.

Should not even be giving it a one star. Went in for an ice cream twice now and the milk was curdled (expired or old/gone bad). Disgusting.Never knew ice cream should taste hard. Had a stomach ache afterwards. Burgers were never good when I went either. Awful.

It’s pretty good for a chain better then some of the other fast food chains like kind of feel like the quality has dropped since the first time they opened they also used to be a little bit cheaper but overall the pricing is pretty good in terms of the portion size . French fries are really good I think there cut and not frozen not sure on that assumption just a guess .

The Manager took my order in a timely manner and got started right away, I felt bad that she had to work alone and run the restaurant. I still highly recommend Union Burger great tasting burgers and fries as well as the prices they are very reasonable.

5 stars for the food. I prefer grilled burgers over flat-top burgers so these are perfect to me. Everything is cooked perfectly, and ingredients are fresh and hot.Service is kind and polite, although they could use at least one more person working to support their grill when it gets busier in the evening.These workers also need A/C! It's way too hot inside to have people working in these conditions.

Really bland food for above average fast-food prices. If this was cheaper, maybe it would receive another star, but it's more expensive than typical burger places. It's strange though, because I could swear I've had Union Burger at Union station and it was much better than this location.Do yourself a favour and try the Burger Factory that's very close by on Confederation!

We tried this place for the first time. It was a bit dirty on the ground in some areas of the place and the plastic covering at the cash area is not pleasing to the eye. Our burgers took a while to make. But overall they were pretty tasty. Customer service was ok but not exceptional. I'd go back for sure but would go for takeout versus dine in.

I was happy and excited to see actual poutine with cheese curds, it the chicken buffalo poutine was too saucy and gravy was ok.Their strawberry milkshakes is more like a strawberry drink and was tasty but not a shakeOverall okay place.

I don't usually write reviews unless a restaurant is really good or really bad. This is truly one of the worst restaurants I've been to in the Square 1 area. I urge people to order the fries if you want to get a good understanding of what I'm talking about. The fries are always weirdly burnt black, or overdone and dry. It just tastes really bad. The only reason this place gets business is because it's right behind the Sheridan school.The worst part is that whenever I get the food there, it's always done terribly even if it's not busy. Sometimes, I'd be the only one in the restaurant so I'm thinking "okay, maybe they'll make the food good this time because there's no rush." WRONG, they always screw it up somehow, it's a miracle.It was like that when I started school at Sheridan, and it continues to be like that to this day, nothing has changed in the past 4 years.
Really disappointed, ordered a veggie burger and got a greasy mess with minimal toppings only covering half the patty. I immediately noticed the handful of old brown lettuce, i definitely wont be coming back.

I’m giving 1 ⭐️ because I can’t give 0 this was my favourite place to eat in Mississauga a couple years ago, this place was so hard to get a seat, today fev2022 I went there with my family and I got so disappointed with everything, ex: beers on ICE nothing, tv’s off, no music, dirty place, kitchen dirty, less options to eat, warm beer, burgers tasteless, and last but not least we was contemplating to show our vaccinations proof and the people after us no one was asked!!!Shame

fresh made burger and fries, local ingendents. overall taste is ok. however without kechup, the beef is kind of not much taste (salt). one great point of this shop is they offer all time one dollar for a ice cream cone, and the ice cream is pretty big.

After returning to this establishment, i was deeply disappointed by the hygiene and standards of the employee. No hat, no hair net, and he had very long hair that was not even tied up. He walked from the grill to the cash to take my order and then riggt back to the grill without washing his hands. I canceled my order and left.

I walked in at 9:30PM on a Friday and was “greeted” (not really, they just stared at me) by two employees who felt ok abruptly letting me know that they were closed and that they didn’t need to clarify what restaurant hours were - despite the sign on their front door sign saying they close at 12AM on Friday & Saturday.
