with my friend, when friend left early, he paid fully but I didn't know... anyway they charged each of us $ 225 for simple 2 plates with 2 sake bottles... business registered cheater.

We've been here 4 times now and have tried things from fried tofu, wonton soup, all sorts of sushi, desserts and each time we are surprised by the high quality in taste but also presentation. This is a must everytime we are in the area. Also Angela is so sweet, you are blessed if you get her as your waitress
I honestly think this restaurant should get a higher score, the food is 4.5 but there is not .5 to select and service & atmosphere is lovely and comfortable, sashimi and sushi freshness is great and yummy 😋 , the tempura is good (I know there is better but it is okay, if the skin can be thinner even better), the bulgogi bento my friend eaten is also good, salad is like all the others 😅. A good place to go with a good price and good food👍🏻, but certainly not as good as eating in Japan😆

Absolutely loved this place! The food was amazing. I tried the Cowboy and the California rolls, and wow... the Cowboy was definitely my favorite. So flavorful and fresh! The place itself is super cute, like seriously so cute, and has a really cozy, welcoming vibe. The staff were all super kind and really attentive, which just made the whole experience even better. I honestly loved everything about it. Definitely coming back!

Management is sleeping, same boring menu for the last 10 years. The sushi rice is not that good. Everyone says the fish is fresh bla bla bla but the best sushi restaurants never serve fresh fish, it's usually frozen for better taste(iron etc). They serve escolar fish, that garbage is illegal to serve in japan for good reason. Just go to Taro's fish, actual japanese sashimi and sushi, best rice. The waitresses are amazing though. Too bad management is clueless, maybe zainichi kankoku but don't worry the boss man is a genius, he is a multi millionaire genius. Oh, Ankou face Sayo bartender is the worst, are you really serious about business?
