Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar

Always a great experience and meal when we dine at Bâton Rouge. Service is great, waiters and waitresses are in great spirits. Will definitely go back!

I reserved the dining was for my birthday, but I know why they didn't know was for my birthday dinner not even a birthday cake was offered . I have to order the cake for dessert for myself.

Kudos to Evan and his team for a wonderful evening. I mentioned that I celebrating my anniversary away from my dear wife of four years.
He made the evening feel special. Thank you so very much.

Our waiter Kevin that night was fantastic!!..full of energy and very informative!..He coordinated with me to bring the cake for my girlfriend's birthday!

Sunday September 14, attended and had poor experience. No warning from server of items not available on the menu. Prime rib only on Friday and Saturday. Non-alcoholic drinks unavailable. Came in at 4:30 PM EST, Wanted 4 prime Rib orders.

Do not recommend this place. I have no plans to return again.

Came to celebrate my mom’s birthday and we had the perfect evening. Our server Lara was wonderful and sweet. Took good care of us and made sure everything was to our standards. The manager on site, Reno, also did the same and we couldn’t have been more happy with the service. The food was fantastic. We left feeling so satisfied and full - definitely will be back sooner than later.

Went here on a whim for my boyfriend’s birthday and had a great time! We were served by Ursula who was lovely and made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you for making us feel so special. We will definitely return! (Hopefully to try out the rib special next time!)

The owner of this place is the worst, he doesnt care about customers, and is very rude to his staff. You can hear him yelling at them from your table

Update No. 2. After some time I came back.
The service and the food were good.
Even though the place wasn't busy and there were a lot of empty tables, we were seated in one that a piece of wood in the top wasn't there and also had some small pieces removed. This is an easy fix, however it damages the impression you can have of a place like this. Please pay attention to these details, which certainly can impact customers.

Update: Came back after long time on Saturday night. We had a reservation for 7:30pm. We did not have to wait for our table.
The waitress was very friendly and constantly asking how we were doing and if there was something else we wanted.
The food was good without being exceptional.
The prices were fair.

I went with my family on last Sunday evening for dinner.
Most of the restaurant was empty. The service and the food were good.
The prices were not too bad.

2 of our party had ribs and thoroughly enjoyed them, however the ribs were very small. The Thai Steak salad was very disappointing, basically a bowl of salad greens, and a very tough piece of steak on top. Felt it needed more "stuff", such as other veggies, to make it more appealing. Salmon main was enjoyed as well as the crab cake appetizer.
