Disgusting, it was absolute waste of time & money. Please avoid this palce. Our pizza were burnt so bad it taste bitter and seree took it back and they didn't even put that off our bill. And finally we learnt that they are closing next week. No doubt it's closing for reason. Since they are closing next week thay don't even care about your concerns. So it's useless complaining. The pictures I purnis of my pizza, my wife pizza she took inside and asked us for another one but we said no and she didn't even charged that too.

I didn’t like the mandatory 20% tip that was forced upon me, let my tip be optional, I don’t mind tipping well but please don’t force me to tip what you want.

Overrated and Disappointing……

I have no idea how this place has a 4.2-star rating because it’s absolutely not deserved. The food quality is subpar—honestly, it reminded me of East Side Mario’s but worse. I was talking to my fiancé about it when the woman at the table next to us overheard and agreed, saying it wasn’t what they expected either.

If you see good reviews, it’s probably because people are drawn to the cheap prices or just haven’t had truly good food. If you care about quality, this is not the place!!

I have been to the Streetsville location several times although I has been a few years. So when I saw the oakville place location I obviously was excited to go given the amazing experiences I have had previously. So I brought my 2 daughters (11,13 yo) there when we decided to out for dinner. They both wanted Ila good quality Fettuccine Alfredo, I was undecided on what to order so I went with the prosciutto pizza. We were all disappointed. For me the crust was not that crispy chewy dough that I had remembered. The one that get big air pockets that you love to break open. I was very disappointed. So I tried a bite of pasta when my daughter offered a taste. The cook on the pasta was great but it was very bland and lacked the desire to have have another bite. Both girls agreed and mentioned better options for next time we go out for a good Alfredo.

Overall we were very displeased with the food. We expected much more.

On the other hand the people and service was great

I went for an early dinner with family, and it was unanimous, 'Goodfellas' is a hit! We had some pizza, calamari and a tiramisu. It was absolutely delicious. Traditional Italian style food. A nice cozy decor and ambiance. It's pricey, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. It's outside of Oakville Place Mall, which is a relatively quiet mall. So, it's a low traffic area, with easy parking access. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie options.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free is available.

Parking: Outside of Oakville Place Mall, so there's plenty of parking.

I took my family out for my son’s 12th birthday and my wife made such a great choice in picking this restaurant. My son loved the Diavola pizza and my wife and I really enjoyed the calamari along with the surf and turf. We even got to enjoy a glass a wine that was included in their surf and turf deal. The servers were extremely nice and welcoming ! They brought out a donut with a sparkler and even sang happy birthday for my son. Thank you for making his birthday one to remember. I highly recommend coming to this restaurant and will be back again.

Kid-friendliness: The servers were great and interactive with my son.

My friend and I arrived at about 9:15 last Friday. Although we were told that the last call was coming up shortly, which I didn't care about, since we just wanted a few appetizers, they should have told us that we would have to order, eat and leave by 10 p.m.

Both of the servers were rude, but I thought maybe they were tired after long shifts. We saw that they had appetizers for 1/2 price on a small ad on the table, but has to ask the server to find them for us in the menu, which she did.

Normally, my friend doesn't order ice, but thought the water tasted so bad, she asked for ice and lemon. I opted for a glass of wine, again, not expecting that I'd have to chug it before they closed.

The Polpette and Gamberi Fritti were quite good, but the calamari was chewy and would have been better either with more breading or none at all. The bruschetta was tasty, but the tomatoes on it were ice cold like they had been thawed out of a freezer.

The worst part of these 2 cackling servers was when they brought the bill promptly at 10, never asking if we wanted to split it, the bill was rudely shoved at me, not giving me time to open it before also shoving the terminal at me with the amount already ready for payment. I couldn't open the bill as the folder was so sticky, but did wonder why the bill was so high. Despite that, I paid, as the entire experience was distasteful. The servers dimmed the lights deliberately instead of allowing me to sip what was left of my wine, giving me reason to question their Smart Serve status as they seemed ready to rush us out the door.

There were other polite ways to tell us they had to leave, and which should have also been made clear to us upon arrival that we had less than 40 minutes to order, eat, drink and get out!

Today, when finally checking the bill, I can see that they ripped me off, charging me full price for the 4 appetizers, instead of 1/2, which was the reason that we had ordered the late night special appetizers. No wonder there was all the giggling.

Unfortunately, since they are closed today, I will be contacting them tomorrow, but am not expecting a refund or apology from this horrible excuse for a restaurant.

In today's difficult economy, perhaps Management should be making it clear to both cooking and serving staff that if you serve bad food along with bad service, you may not be one of the restaurants that survive. To the sad excuse for Servers, please seek retraining or find other positions more suited to your unique service and skills. I would give 0 starts for service if permitted.

I just went there w my sisters and we absolute adored; quality, very thin pizza, good care of customers, very fresh and very green smell.

Dietary restrictions: we asked for halal options and waiter told us whichever option was able to our necessary.

The service was amazing, but the food was quite bland. The arancini were the best thing we tried, but as for the pizzas, we tried the capricciosa with both the standard napoletana and pinsa doughs. The pinsa is supposed to be crispier but both of them were quite similar. The dough and toppings were bland and lacked salt, and I could barely taste the tomato sauce. It’s unfortunate that they weren’t good at $27 for individual pizzas, quite overpriced. The pinsa pizza is larger than the napoletana, though, for the same price, so maybe get that if you’re hungry.

Great pizza, and a smooth beer.
Overall experience was amazing. The server had some great recommendations as we described our preferences. The atmosphere was great. We picked a time and day when the mall was not too busy, so that worked in our favor for some private dining experience.
I would definitely recommend this place to try.

Very underwhelming. Pizza was soggy at the centre, very light on topping, limited menu and very pricey. 2 12” pizza, 2 beers, with tip, $90. Won’t be back.

We ordered a capricciosa "pinsa" and a caprese with Burrata. The caprese was just chopped small tomatoes: no balsamic and a just a single lonely basil leaf (which tasted like mint for some reason?). Pizza was kind of soggy. Next time I'll probably just order a margarita and lower my expectations. Service was very fast, professional and caring. Value for money feels off. Overspending for a decent pizza and an overpriced salad.

Extremely overpriced for mediocre pizza! The new menu is terrible, your choice of pizza and maybe 4 different pastas. The appetizers are tiny and all priced ridiculously high for what you get. Will not return!
