I asked for no cheese sauce and they put cheese sauce on it.
Rude staff and couldn’t follow instructions. I ordered a normal poutine and asked to add bacon… they messed up my poutine not once but twice. First time with onions (I’m mildly allergic and never asked for them) the second time, I got home and went to eat and there was absolutely no gravy on the fries. Just fries and cheese curds, this is probably because they were upset that they had to make a new one but who knows. How hard can it be to make things correctly when you only sell two items, poutine and hotdogs? I highly recommend that people don’t bother with this establishment, there’s many local places that don’t even specialize in poutine that are much higher quality and quantity for your hard earned money. I would rate 0 stars if possible.

Food was good. But cashiers attitude was ridiculous. I thik he doesn't know what does customer service mean. He was tearing out the receipts in full of anger.
