We waited over an hour for our food with small children too. No explanation or even got checked on

We went for a steak night and they didn't let us order other menu, they had pasta and Pizza, however who would want that, excuse was Kitchen couldn't able to handle as there were some hundreds steaks getting ready. My suggestion is, instead of disappointing your customers, handle the steak orders what you can. We have been going to CBH few times and this time it wasn't a good experience.

Went for the steak night with 2 other couples. Steaks were ok, definitely not the best ribeye I have ever had. Their doneness was very inconsistent and they were pretty flavourless. The potatoe side dishes were hard and undercooked and served in a weird aluminum tray. Was expecting mashed potatoes. Ordered a Caesar to drink and it came in a tiny glass filled with ice to the brim. Definitely not worth the $14. Had a pint of Miller Lite which tasted like crap due to the lines not being clean. I drink a lot of draft beer and have my own taps at home, its easy to spot a beer that has dirty lines. They were busy so the time between getting drinks was ridiculously long. I do like atmosphere (great sports bar) and the frozen mugs. This steak night was very underwhelming. We went to the Tomahawk steak night at the Barrie location before and that steak was far superior to this ribeye.

The manager of this place is absolutley diabolical for serving this meal. We paid 50 bucks per person and there were five of us. NONE OF THE STEAKS WERE EDIBLE. They were half gristle and half rump roast. Either their supplier scammed them or they scammed us. The potato side was hard as rocks. We took the steak home and tried to slow cook it, it only got worse and tougher. We cooked the potatoes for 20 more minutes and they never softened. I don't know what clone factory this food came from but it's not for human consumpttion. We could've got a delightful prime rib at the Keg.

Our server Lucas was amazing. Value was great. Both of our steaks were under cooked. But delicious.

Everything was fantastic the noise level was unbearable it really wasn't justified there wasn't a lot of people to justify the level of the televisions being so high it made it really hard to have dinner and a conversation

Although we were rhere for a jays game night the waitress was kind but forgot about our drinks, our food camnand items were wrong and missing... took a long time to rectify, and upon arri al to our table, there was ketchup spilt on the floor and the table was not cleaned before seating us. It will be a while if I return.

Service was great. Food was good. We went in wing night, which is a great deal. Beer was great, love the frosted mugs.

Visited on Lobster Night and really enjoyed the meal overall. The lobster and Caesar salad were both very tasty and well-prepared. The mac and cheese, however, lacked flavor, and the garlic bread was a bit too salty for my taste. Despite that, it was a good evening with a great atmosphere and friendly service.

Waiter Ryan was awesome! Great server, friendly, timely! I wasn't impressed with the meal or price. The lobster's shell had grey & black spots which I was told afterwards that it can be due to bacterial shell disease that affects the cuticle. While the spots themselves are not harmful to consume, they are signs of a diseased or damaged shell, which can make the lobster less appetizing or indicate it wasn't fresh. There was some slimy stuff in the meat of the tail. The garlic butter was warm but cooled quickly. Usually they have the butter over a small heat source (candle). The Mac & cheese was not hot or creamy. It appeared to be cooked in advance annd had cooled. Overall I was not impressed with the meal or the price. Certainly not worth $50/plate. This is the first time I've participated in Lobsterfest at Canadian Brewhouse and it'll be my last. Also, they forgot to put my points on my app.

A beautiful day, and a beautiful rooftop patio NOT open. What the...? All to save on some labour$. We specifically requested the rooftop patio on reservation, we did not hear back from restaurant to tell us they were not opening it. 12 of us pumped over $400 into the restaurant because it was not possible to go elsewhere, you're welcome. Our server was great but the restraunt's management should give their head a shake. Will not be back in the near future and poasibly beyond.

We booked outside on the patio because it was a beautiful evening. Arriving at the restaurant, we are told they moved us inside the restaurant. Apparently lack of staff which I understand. However if i would have received a text about that I would have had the choice to go somewhere else. Not impress

I want to say how much we've always enjoyed visiting the Canadian Brewhouse. The lively atmosphere, great food, and friendly service have consistently made it one of our go-to spots for catching up with friends and family. Their variety of menu options and the quality of their food – especially the wings and Nachos – have always been a hit with our group.
