The coffee is horrible! The foam on the coffee tastes like chemicals and the flavour of the coffee was very unpleasant. 4 coffees for $20… not worth it at all.

The coffee and pastries are always amazing.It’s a comfortable place to read, work, and relax, but the staff can be inattentive and distracted with each other.3 employees behind the bar who are openly criticizing a manager (who isn’t present), loud enough for everyone seated to hear, all while an elderly woman in line is waiting for her coffee.I realize that’s probably an isolated situation, but people were clearly made a little uncomfortable.

Genuinely really concerned, I tried calling to figure this out but no one would answer and the voice mail box is full. I ordered a pumpkin pie crush and a banana chocolate chip muffin earlier today. Normally the food and drinks are great but this muffin had a chunk of something in it that with no exaggeration tasted like cat litter, it was salty, crunchy, and ammonia like. I had to spit it out immediately because it made me sick. On the less concerning side the pumpkin pie crush had so much of the syrup in it I couldn’t even drink it because it tasted like drinking a bath and body works candle. I did notice entirely new staff today so I don’t know if that has something to do with it but the muffin obviously is shipped in so something really wrong must have happened where it was ordered from.

Normally go to Happy Goat as its closer to home for me. But realized today that this Bridgehead has such a lovely atmosphere and SO many more options for food. Also, the flat white was delicious! Will be coming here for now on.

My initial experience at this coffee shop was quite remarkable. The service provided was prompt, efficient, and exceptionally amiable. It was evident that one of the employees was new, but the other employee showed great support and assistance during a brief period of increased demand. Witnessing such exemplary teamwork was truly delightful.I opted for the Pumpkin Pie Crush, and it exceeded my expectations. I relished every sip while comfortably seated inside the establishment, taking note of the meticulous upkeep and cleanliness of the premises.Admittedly, the only minor setback I encountered was the slightly elevated price point. However, the stellar service I received more than compensated for this aspect.

At least six were walking all over one of the muffins for several minutes. I tried to point this out to one of the baristas, as this is a food safety hazard. The barista said “they are just fruit flies” and paid little attention to the issue. He didn’t even try to resolve it. Absolutely disgusting.

This is one of my favorite chill out places in summer due to the patio where one can do a bit of bird watching. I always live the coffee at Bridgehead. Tables could be a bit cleaner, otherwise I would have rated 5 stars for Service.

Good quality drip and iced coffee, lattes etc. A variety of seasonal drinks are also offered. Lunch items feel somewhat overpriced. The patio is nice, with a good amount of seating and shade. Accessible washrooms are available. Service can be under par, depending on the day.There are definitely coffee shops that do it better in the area, including in terms of specialty coffee selection, if that's something you're looking for.
