I only found the mistake when I got home, I paid for a large pepperoni pizza like the photo and the slices showned to sale, unfortunately I received a pizza with only cheese and about 6 pepperones under the cheese, bad pizza experience with a lot of dough without pepperoni on top roasted, the ones that came were raw and a crying wait for more than 30 minutes. Tomorrow I'm going there to complain, today I was too tired to go back there, I hope I don't find a gentleman with very loud music in the salon that disturbed not only my communication, but other customers.

Ordered pizza online over a month ago. They took payment 5 times. After weeks of calling and them promising they have refunded on their end, I have yet to see that money returned. I now have disputed these charges with my bank but that will take a while. Customer service is an absolute disaster!

Stopped there to order a pizza to go (hotel was across the street) . Hawaiian Pizza was excellent, lots of cheese, fresh pineapple, excellent crust. Medium pizza filled up a family of 3. Man who served us was very nice.

The sign on the outside window was 15$ for large pizza. Then it was changed to 16$. I went yesterday to buy a large pepperoni pizza, knowing it was 16$ as the window says outside. I went in pick up the pizza and was told that it was $17.50+tax. I showed the sign and he acknowledged it but still did not want to give me the deal saying that the business was struggling and that I had to pay 17.50+tax. I don't believe the business was struggling and that this was actually a trick on customers. It was unfortunate but the business is falsely advertising. I won't be coming back.

Gabriel's pizza has gone downhill. People are friendly but the good is not very good. The ingredients used to match the crust and now you can barely taste the ingredients. It's all crust. The call centre in the Philippines is terrible and sad to know that jobs were lost due in Canada where an immigrant family started the business. It used to be good. ?

Picked up a pizza from this place around 8:45pm March 10th. Selected a pizza on the web page that showed pepperoni on top and recieved a soggy, undercooked pizza with pep on the bottom under uncooked cheese. Offered a $5 credit for this stupid soggy pizza I paid $22 for. Rude people. Dude was nice inside. Such a disappointment after working so long. First time eating Gabriel's in 2 years, should have gone to pizza pizza.

Gabriels use higher quality ingredients than most other places thus their prices are higher but still the best pizza in Ottawa. Love the Gabriel Deluxe. It is my favorite pizza of all time.

Gabriel’s on rideau street is a disgusting location.I ordered to pickup and I waited 30 minutes for my order.Also they don’t wear gloves here, and one guy was coughing in his hands and then dealing with customers.Another guy was swearing and yelling at his employees in the back, and he was also eating in the back and I could see him eating food then touching peoples food.I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!
