I've tried a few locations, this was the lowest quality I've had. I had the mixed shwarma. It had flavor and taste but the chicken was dry.Further location itself isn't the cleanest and the person taking the order seemed to be distracted amd focused on other things rather than the customer in front of him.I like Shwarma Palace but I won't go back to this location.

Ive had food at the Rideau location many times and it’s always been great but and for some reason the food we had this weekend was just way too salty. To the point we couldn’t eat much of the food. It’s a shame as it’s a great family style meal. I Hope it’s a one of. But we’re unlikely to return again.

Ottawa has great shawarma, and this is my favourite. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, friendly staff, quick service, lots of seats. It is often crowded, but that's because because it's really good. Very good falafel. Their toum (garlic sauce) is magnificent. We get a large order of toum to take home.

Shawarma Palace has been my reliable go-to for a delicious shawarma fix for quite some time now. However, my recent visit with my family left me feeling quite disappointed. While the service remained excellent and the ambiance received a much-needed makeover, the decline in the quality of their food was starkly noticeable.The first letdown was the tasteless beef and dry chicken in the shawarmas we ordered. It was evident that the once flavorful and succulent meat had lost its charm. Even the tabouleh, a staple side, lacked freshness, further adding to the disappointment.It's disheartening to witness such a decline in the quality of food at Shawarma Palace, especially considering its previous reputation for serving delicious shawarmas. Despite the friendly service and the aesthetically pleasing makeover, it's challenging to overlook the lacklustre culinary experience.While I would gladly commend Shawarma Palace for its top-notch service, the food quality leaves much to be desired. Considering these factors, I'm hesitant to rate them any higher than 2 stars for their food quality, though their service warrants a solid 5 stars. Hopefully, they address these issues soon to restore their former glory in the realm of shawarma joints.
The last few experiences were terrible. Prices go up and quality goes down. Potatoes are under cooked. Shawarma too old and stale. Used to be the best shawarma in town now it’s just a franchise for money grab. I don’t recommend at all. Royal rooster is way better. Even garlic shawarma and onion.

Staff constantly play favouritism. Had to request certain things that come standard. Other shawarma palaces are amazing. Shout out the hunt club location.

Used to come to this place every other day for the chicken shawarma plate, but now they frequently forget something like the dressing for the salad or the galic spread. Also if you want something on the side instead of on top they charge you extra and with the way they pile the food on top of each other; there is no reason I should have to pay extra to not have hummus all over my salad or garlic spread all over my rice.
