I've ordered from this place so many times I can't count! The tapioca is always cooked correctly and the staff are super friendly. To those saying the place looks run down, they've revamped the place and now it looks great! There are so many flavours and snacks to choose from, and the pricing is extremely reasonable. Like half the price I've paid for bubble tea in Toronto lol:). My only complaint is the store hours on their website are wrong from their actual...
