We had our dinner in Paris Beer Company restaurant and we were really pleased with the atmosphere and hospitality with the staff. We ordered Pork Schnitzel and we liked the dish very much. The taste was very balanced and the burnt apple puree and red wine mushrooms hunter sauce was really good.

Really like the beer selection here and the atmosphere. The only reason it's 4 and not 5 stars is they really need to clean their beer lines more often. Both our pints today have chunks of brown in them from unclean lines. Otherwise a 5/5 brewery and will be back

Went out for my husband’s birthday and tried this place for the first time. We both got a flight of beer and quite enjoyed that. We also both got a burger with the fries. The fries are delicious, fresh cut fries. Both of us quite disliked the burger and I couldn’t finish mine I thought it tasted so bad. It was rather disappointing to pay ~$45 for 2 burgers (plus fries) and not even like them. Other then this the beer was great and there was a live musician who sounded great.

Located inside the old Wincey Mills building a short block from downtown Paris, it was hopping for a mid-week lunchtime as almost every table was filled. This taproom brewery is quite the cool place with the beer brewing vats on display. There’s a covered outdoor biergarten seating area available in warmer weather. We enjoyed a calzone, which had been highly recommended by friends who love this restaurant. It was good. Beer connoisseurs will enjoy their flights, with many interesting brew choices. Their crafted beer is available to take home in the attached beer store.
Octoberfest appetizer delicious however said selection of meatS and sausage. There was only 1 meat and 1 type of sausage..disappointed but still delicious..poor menu description
Ordered Chicken supreme expecting chicken supreme..breast of chicken with sauce or stuffed with something. ..it was cheap chicken thighs not stuffed with anything, on a bed of something that did not taste good at all. Left untouched the entire meal without question from server. Took home to save embarrassment. Again, poor menu description. Extremely cold every time door opened..will be awful to dine there in the winter unless its corrected.. Beer was good..pizzas were good. Fishn chips good. No place to drink a beer to wait for our table which is weird for a brewery...but there is an upstairs market which was great. Edit. Apparently there was another part to the brewery where you could sit and sample but that was never explained..too bad...it was booked apparently..wish it was explainedwhen we made reservations..we got there early to tour.

40 minutes to place order and almost an hour to get it. Paid way too much for our experience there.
Comfie atmosphere. Service was prompt. The menu does have a variety. I had a burger n ff. Food was good, hot. Prices I felt were average. Beer cold... I'd go back and have a pizza, it look good. Place is a keeper on the list if in Paris ..

My family and I were seated at a table of six in their patio, which was unfortunately roasting hot. There were not enough servers or cooks (or both?), as we waited for well over an hour and a half in the roasting heat and never got food. It was, frankly, ridiculous. We should never have been seated if there wasn't the capacity to serve us. Two massive thumbs down. We all ended up leaving, much hungrier and hotter than when we arrived. If they look busy, my best advice is to find somewhere else to eat.

Ordered “ steak “frites we received cold fries see what else going on that appeared to be the bits and pieces that are left in the bottom of the fryer. We had to request fresh ones the steak was tough and barely edible .
