Horrid experience. If I could rate zero, I would, the owner, Carlo I think his name is, he’s an unprofessional drunk who abuses his wife and slaps around servers, absolute prick. I already reported him, the food was sloppy, plates were dirty, and our table wasn't even wiped down. I strongly suggest that you try somewhere else. This place is McDonalds quality, gave me food poisoning. Should get shut down. Atrocious. Completely unacceptable and I am disappointed. Hope this place rots.

Lunch buffet, even though it is a reasonable price, was very disappointing. The best dish was the salad bar. The restaurant was overcrowded and the other room should have been opened up. Only one waitress was seen and she did an excellent job. Chicken was overdone, pastas were lukewarm and the rice and egg rolls burnt. I would rather see a few dishes done well, instead of several done poorly!

Can't believe some of the negative reviews. Must be pretentious citiots. Anyhow, had the butternut squash ravioli which was incredible. Tiramisu one of the best I've had. Highly recommended and by far best food in Parry Sound.
We (two couples) have been to this restaurant many times prior to the kitchen fire. The service and food were perfect every time. This was our first time visiting after the fire & we were excited to be there.The wine list was good!The waitress was amazing.I ordered the chicken tetrazzini as a main course. When it arrived the plate was very hot, which is typically a good sign. The food was not hot, it was warm. I ate my dinner then while the others were eating dessert I dashed to the washroom & I got there just in time. Thank goodness!!I believe I got food poisoning & checking with my friends later one of them also did not have the dinner sit well. Ugh!
