We were on our way home from Sudbury and decided to stop at Parry Sound for KFC. What a mistake that was. Where do they get their chicken. Tiny overcooked pieces in our bucket. We will never get KFC again unless we are going to be States. Their chicken is a lot bigger.

went today with a friend, my order was fine, but when she went to order the guy walked away midway through her order and made her repeat her order. my order came out in 10 mins… then we waited another 30 for hers only to be told they forgot about the order. they forgot to give her the drink cup, forgot dipping sauce, and forgot to give her a fork for her coleslaw. very disappointed in the service here

Been to this location. 3 times now. Hoping after they had been open a while, they might get up to standard. NOT. I agree with all the one star reviews. Dry, overcooked, tiny pieces. What happened! This time we got a big family meal with 18 pieces. 8 of the pieces were wings and 4 were legs. What a rip off! So disappointed. They should rip that place outta there and put in a Taco Bell….. or Wendys. Looking forward to Popeyes coming ??

I thought the chicken worth the wait, not sure how they do it but it was the best of all muskoka parry sound, the chicken was like it used to be back in the day esp "finger lickin' good" thank you parry sound KFC!!!!

I faced a breakdown of my car last week when I was traveling to Brampton from sudbury. So I called my friend to pick me up from the Parry sound. For a while I bought the meal and I was waiting for my friend. My phone was about to die so I plugged in my phone and started having a meal. I was in the middle of my meal and one guy from the staff named Hariom reminded me that they are closing at 9 pm so dine in will close at 8:50 so I need to leave before 8:50. The tone he was saying to me feels like I am homeless and spending time over there. Thank you so much for the service you gave and reminded me of the importance of leaving a good review when I get a good service from any business.

We went at 8:15pm ( 45 Minutes Before Closing ), and we wanted a bucket of chicken, and they said the last batch was in the fryer. So disappointing, will not bring service to again. FYI, don't get a bucket of chicken 1 hour before closing. Ugh.

The manager is clueless on how to manage the business. My family and I walked in, heard a loud door bell and waited for 10 min. As soon as we said "Hello" outloud, the manager came out of the office.I ordered a 1 pc drumstick and the manager switched it to a 1 pac tender without informing myself. The owner of this franchise needs to step it up and start leading by example.

For KFC, the staff are doing a good job. I visited on a weekday, ONLY 3 staff members appeared to be present. It was consistently busy as I waited for my order. The chicken was fresh,and the fries were edible. I am not a fry person,and KFC has had some of the worse fries historically. I had a bad day that involved a tow due to an immobile vehicle.The male representative working cash made it better by providing customer service despite being quite busy.Plus giving me an edible supper that was good considering KFC can be a miss. KFC is a rare food item, but I will pick some up to fulfill that craving. This location's very much open as there's Pizza Hut attached to it. I have a receipt with 1 Pine Drive as of August 29.

It took 10 minutes while the staff were laughing and joking around in the back to get my order taken. .The food order had to be taken 3 times and all I asked for was a 3piece meal with a white breast piece. The order was given to me with all dark meat and the fries were moist NOT GOOD . Then I told them what had happened and he raised his voice to me ?stating I didn’t order white meat or fresh fry’s . Yes I was pissed .For the price of that experience . Don’t waste your money People.
