It was perfect!! We stayed in suite #6, it was very spacious and very nicely decorated. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also conveniently located near local shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely book again and recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Right on the canal. This is our "go to" location for lunch or dinner when we are in Port Colborne. Great food and service.

I just want to start by saying I’d like to review the restaurant, not the inn.I have not been to the restaurant in sometime and really loved a dish they had there. I was sad to see that it was not on the menu anymore but excited to try something new.My son had boneless wings, french fries and gravy. I decided to try the Szechuan beef stir fry that was the special. The waitress never made mention of the cost of the special when she was telling us.The portion size for the boneless chicken wings was ridiculous for the cost and they were horrible. The fries came out, oily and undercooked, I’m pretty sure the only reason my son ate them because he drenched them in gravy and the chicken was cold.My meals flavour was all right, but the veggies were not even cooked. I personally like a crunchier veggie in my stirfry, but this was beyond that. I would’ve liked to address it with my waitress, but she was too busy serving everyone alone And by the time she had asked me if it was OK it was pointless to say anything until it was time to pay the bill when I mentioned it to her. They need to staff the place a little bit better so everyone gets a good customer experience in my opinion.I’ll be honest, I don’t recommend it and I’ll probably never go back.

Second time staying here. Had a bigger room this time. Very well laid out for our family. The only complaint is the floors are super squeaky but it adds character. Location is amazing, right on the canal, sadley the bigger room does not look out at the canal. Still saw some nice sunsets. It's like a home away from home. Have the option to cook in the room if you don't feel like eating out. Has a large fridge for your own food. Within walking distance to many local stores and just minutes from a Tim Hortons and other great restaurants. A short drive to neighboring towns for shopping. Love visiting Port ColborneRooms: Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Very affordable for the area.Walkability: Close to many stores and restaurants. Many parks also in the area. Lots to do and see

2nd time staying here. Big spacious rooms with comfort and character. I did not take advantage of the amazing restaurant this time but you definitely should when you stay here. Located in historic downtown Port Colborne, the whole area has plenty of character and friendly locals.Walkability: Lots of local history and businesses within a few minutes walk
