Bluffers Restaurant & Event Centre

Went to Bluffers Restaurant for a 60th Birthday this past weekend in October and I must say it was fantastic! We have been there several times over the past years including two weddings in the event space, and several corporate events which were all really good. This time we were in the restaurant portion of the facility, and although it is small, the setting is gorgeous, looking over the marina in Bluffers park! Service and food were exceptional! Since it was a larger group event, we had limited choices to choose from the fixed menu ... including a Surf & Turf dish as an option. I was floored when out dinners arrived to the table .. all served hot and on time. The presentation was amazing with a large steak on the bottom, and a lobster tail on top, surrounded by different vegetables. An exceptional meal that almost everyone had ordred. Maybe the best Surf and Turf I have ever enjoyed. It was that good. I wish I had taken a picture to includ here. The other dishes including a salmon dish were also really generous portioins, and good. And value for money .... I checked the price of the Surf and Turf dish on the main menu .... $60 including a steak and a lobster. Exceptiional value .. well over a $100 anywhere else. I don't normally write reviews, but this place is so deserving of this review. We will go back soon. I am a regular at The Keg,which I have found a little dissappointing the last couple of visits. Maybe this is our new spot. A little out of the way for us, but certainly worth the dirve. Thanks You to the owners of Bluffers Restaurant. A gem on thew waterfront!

We had our wedding at Bluffers Restaurant, and it was absolutely perfect! Peter and Dina are the loveliest people — so funny, down to earth, and incredibly easygoing. They made everything possible with minimal stress and created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere for us and our guests. The food was delicious, and everyone couldn’t stop talking about Peter’s roasted lamb that came out at the end of the night — it was a huge hit! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend Peter, Dina, and their team :)

I had a reservation which I made online and told them it was my spouses birthday. I wasnt asked for my name and therefore did not get the dessert and candle which always makes someone feel good. Also, the first batch of bread was hard as the wall. After we mentioned it, it was replaced with fresh toast. The main courses were delicious.

Had Thanksgiving Turkey Lunch. Amazing juicy turkey, like homemade. Excellent 3 course meal. Great service provided by Shristy. Stunning view from the window on marina.

Where do i start about this place! From the parking, that a really nice guy welcome us direct us and told us that our car is secured packed. Entering this amazing friendly restaurant we felt the warmth all the staff smiling made us feel home! The view absolutely fantastic! The food was spectacular,unique,delicious! I have to mention also, because my mom has garlic allergy they went the extra mile! I will thank all of them cause they made us feel royalty as my mom said! Big thanks to Raj, Pandora, Dina husband and the incredible sef. We will see u again!

We celebrated our wedding here, and everything was absolutely perfect! The food was incredible — every dish was delicious. The staff were so kind, attentive, and made us feel truly special throughout the evening. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy, creating the perfect setting for such an important day.

After we sit down, they told us we can not sit here cause we are sitting in a four person table, and the only solution they provided to us is to go to another restaurant.

Went there for a birthday dinner with a group of about 8 family members. They seated us right beside the band and the speakers. I went up to the hostess, Rosemary, to ask if we could be moved away from the band and was very abruptly and rudely, in my opinion, told “NO”. She made no attempt to be courteous or conciliatory in outright refusing my request. There were lots of available tables, but she said they were all reserved.We could barely talk throughout dinner because the music was so loud. I left with a headache as the speakers were also giving a lot of loud, high pitched feedback. At the end of our dinner as we were leaving, many of those “reserved” tables were still empty.

The food was hit and miss - some dishes were good and some were boring. Portions were on the smaller side.

Great restaurants get returning customers because of great service and food. I would go back for some of the dishes, but the rudeness of the hostess left a bad impression and would deter me from going back.

Very nice restaurant, we were on the terrace and the view was magnificent. The staff were very kind and comprehensive with us. We had Rose-marry i believe as a waitress and the service was excellent. Since were vegan they were able to accomodate us with a special veggie burger that was delicious. Even the cook came at our table to make sure that we enjoyed our meal.
I recommend 100%

Absolutely perfect spot to dine in this area. Despite being one of the few food options, the variety of food and the quality are pretty top score. The portion is also extremely generous. Great for family, friends gatherings or just drop-ins. Didn’t expect to get delicious food with such perfect ‘beach’ atmosphere.
