Very clean environment. They arw known for their pork liver slices so it's a must order if you visit. I order the pork lover and beef slices egg noodle soup. The pork liver slices were prepared well, smooth and flavorful. The beef slices were also very smooth. Overall it was a good bowl of noodles. The noodle texture (elasticity) could be improved. I also like their bright, clean and spacious environment. You do order and pay first at the front/cashier counter. It's a self service model so don't expect your typical service here.

Authentic to the core. Love the staff there so funny if you make some small talk! The chili oil is nice and spicy not like the other restraurants that are just mild spice. This is a good flavor of spice without a oil spill in your food!

Noodles and beef are pretty good - Pretty fresh and melt in your mouth beef. Not a fan of the liver though. The place looks pretty authentic too, a bunch of grandma's running the back kitchen. It has more of a canteen style setting.
