The resto is actually big enough to fit large parties!

Came w/ a large group of friends after a saturday badminton session.

You have to kinda enter from a sketchy back entrance. The server wasn't the friendliest but she was prompt when we needed her which was good.

The portion sizes are nice and big. They have pork bone soup which uses the traditional spine of the pig but they also have pork and pork ribs soup (which they're always sold out of .... sad face). You can get your gamjatang w/ noodles though which is cool.

I liked the flavour of the supreme chicken but it's a shame that the chicken wasn't that crispy. I say this with all honesty. The chicken was slightly overcooked because while the meat wasn't dry, it certainly wasn't juicy either. The taste was on point though.

4 stars overall (5 if the chicken had been crispy).

Will be back for sure because of those huge portions!

Like umma would make it; very humble, unpretentious and lowkey spot that serves home-style korean food. Their menu is not overly ambitious, but instead is very authentic and cozy. This place went 2 for 2, the first time being the jajeongmyeon and fried chicken, and the second being spicy bulgogi on a hot plate.. whew.. it tasted so crispy and yummy. They really know how to control their flavours so that it isn’t overpowering, but just enough so that every flavour can come say hello when you take that first bite. Extremely big portions and fair value for the amount of food you get. Good, attentive service as well. It’s an extremely quiet place, social media has yet to find this diamond in the rough! Happy to say that I’ll hit up this place whenever I have a korean craving :)

Authentic Korean Resto/eatery. I would recommend the Goma and Gamjatang. Plenty of sides and cost to quality ratio is 5:5.

The food was excellent. It was freshly made and absolutely delicious. We ordered Beef Dolset bibimbob and Supreme fried Chicken. Both dishes were so flavorful and the sauce used on fried chicken was exceptional.

Omg I love this spot in Scarborough for Korean food! Came here recently and well. I didn’t take photos but I really enjoyed the fried Goma chicken and seafood pancake. The Tteokbokki was also delicious :)

This place has been our go-to Korean restaurant for over a year now — we eat here every single week, sometimes even twice. The food is consistently delicious with rich, bold flavors and high-quality ingredients. It never disappoints.

Our must-order dishes every time? The stir-fried squid and pork, and the pork bone soup — absolutely packed with flavor. But honestly, every single dish we’ve tried has been amazing.

We’ve brought so many friends here, and without fail, they all end up becoming regulars too. The vibe is super relaxed and comfortable — perfect for family meals or casual dinners with friends.

ONNURI is a true hidden gem. It deserves way more attention and should be way busier than it is. If you love Korean food, don’t sleep on this place. Support local — and eat well!

Even though the store was busy, the server was too nice. The atmosphere was good and the food was so delicious. I'm going to come back to eat chicken again next time !! I recommend it to everyone !!

I was craving some jajangmyeon and decided to order it from here. I got fried chicken as well. Both delivery.

The fried chicken were very small pieces and tasted bit old? The jajangmyeon was just okay, there are better restaurants.

I’ve been to ONNURI twice now, and I’m already hooked – I can’t wait to go back again and again! The food is absolutely amazing and made with so much love. Their fried chicken comes in a giant bowl that’s perfect for sharing (though we still couldn’t finish it!), the Gamjatang is rich and comforting, and the bibimbap is beautifully presented and so satisfying. The rice is always perfectly chewy – a small detail, but it makes such a difference!

What truly makes ONNURI special is the warmth of the owner. She’s so kind and welcoming – it feels like visiting family. I told her I’ll be coming back often, and I truly meant it. I have a feeling that next time I walk in, she’ll recognize me right away!
