I am quite disappointed with this Pizza Pizza location. The customer service is below acceptable standards. As paying customers, we deserve to be treated with respect, not as if we're begging for free food. I've never experienced such poor service at any other Pizza Pizza in Toronto. It's evident that employee training is essential to enhance the customer experience. The rudeness of the staff at this location is entirely unacceptable.
