To the staff at this location! My son and his friends were assaulted by a drunk/homeless man on Friday evening and you people did nothing about it! This man started acting all weird and came up to the boys and started taking their food , he reached into my sons poutine with his hands and started eating. Yet , your staff did nothing. He also grabbed another boy, yet your staff did nothing. I am appalled and furious that you would let this happen to your customers! Your lucky that nothing serious happened to these kids or else you would have been included in a lawsuit. Do better

This store is the best gem in Hamilton. Never had a bad interaction or horrible experience. My order has always been correct, fast and absolutely delicious. I have a large family with picky eaters and for those who know, i can go through the drive thu with confidence. 10/10 all day. Keep up the great work 👍

I had an amazing time at Harvey's recently! The food was delicious, especially the freshly made burgers with a variety of toppings to choose from. The service was quick and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The place was clean and had a cozy vibe. I have been visiting this locations from 6 months almost twice a week but Whenever I see that employee, I know I wont be getting a good burger or food as he won’t put any additional lattice or sauces if asked. I hope owner reads this and ask this employee to improve.
