Hello! Just wanted to reach out to tell you how much we enjoyed your fries today They reminded us of the chip truck fries we used to get as kids, back in the 70s! It's so hard to find these anymore! Full of flavor and cooked perfectly.
We are considering making a special trip back to Stratford soon, just to get your fries! Do you have any other locations?

Fries were undercooked, ask for extra salt and vinegar didn't get it and had to ask twice for our side sauce...... not the experience I expected very disappointed

Will never be the same quality as city hall pre 2002 era. Late 90s not 1 person you ever met complained 1 single time about 1 single service. Bring us back to the Ricky Nagel era of friesss

Can no longer justify going here, the last several times have been VERY disappointing and the prices are not worth it for the quality.
The last time I went to the one at Canadian Tire the fries were old and tasted like they were sitting around for a while.
The time before I got a $15 large poutine and to my dismay half the fries were undercooked.
The time before, again, old fries.
Today I decided to try the one by Giant Tiger, same old fries that have been sitting around, except this time super over salted but somehow the fries near the middle had no salt or vinegar on them and most of the fries were the bad little pieces that are 90% skin.
Neither of the trucks have very friendly service either.
I miss them cooking the fries to order.

The fries were insanely salty which is too bad as they were crispy and could have been good.

Good classic chip-truck fries, made with real cheese curds. Staff is super nice too. Definitely recommend!

Staff were friendly and food was great :) love this place when I’m grabbing stuff from Canadian tire!!

Best fries ever! Sure it's a good truck, so the expectation for service and atmosphere is what is to be expected. But the fries, wow!!!!! I understand the philosophy of being an expert at one thing, and they are, would love to see onion rings or other options, but did I mention how amazing the fries were!!!!!

Growing up we would have the original Ken's all the time & they were the best fries ever! Now...not so much. They were very dry unfortunately.

Prices have gotten ridiculously expensive for just fries but the taste is still good

Regular poutine is huge and very tasty and fresh. Step mom got the fries with salt and vinegar and was amazing! Definitely will be coming back!

Served by an older guy today great service he was very funny. The fries we're cooked perfect . A must visit if coming to Stratford.

Visited from out of town and the food and service from the young man working was fantastic. The fries are absolutely delicious, and the gravy and cheese for the poutine was also extremely tasty. All 5 of us were satisfied with the portion sizes, too! If we are ever in this town again we will definitely come back to Ken’s! Thank you!
